The mother of a manager in one of Nigeria’s top commercial banks has been kidnapped.
The Nation learnt that she was abducted on Sunday evening from her Oguname-Olomu home in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.
It was gathered that the victim, Madam Angelina Atiku, was kidnapped about 8pm.
She is 65 years old.

Although details surrounding the incident were sketchy last night, a source, who preferred anonymity, said that the operation was swiftly carried out by a gang of four.
”The gunmen forced her into their vehicle and sped off in an operation that lasted less than five minutes,” the source said.
A family source said: “As at Monday morning, the hoodlums were yet to establish contact with the family.”
Police Commissioner Mr. Hafiz Inuwa confirmed the incident.
He said: “We are aware of the kidnap. We are doing something to ensure she is rescued soon.”
