BREAKING: Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases now 8344

The number of COVID-19 cases in Nigeria have now reached 8344, says Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.

The Centre revealed this in its daily updates, stating that Lagos has 161 new cases, Rivers with 36 and Edo with 27 cases.

The new cases across other states are dispersed thus:

Oyo-6
Kano-4
Delta-3
Ebonyi-3
Gombe-2
Ogun-1
Ondo-1
Borno-1
Abia-1
Bauchi-1

In total, the COVID-19 cases across the country stand at 8344 while 2385 have been discharged and 249 persons infected died.
