One of the leading Nigerian banks, Fidelity Bank PLC, has partnered with BTDT Hub, a leading human capital development company, to improve the employability of at least 100 young Nigerians.
This partnership tagged #FidelityCVClinic is designed to sponsor curriculum vitae (CV) reviews and facilitate preparatory interview sessions for young professionals, thus getting them ready for the world of work in different industries.
The Founder of BTDT Hub, Dr. Dipo Awojide, said that personal branding is very important for job applicants.
He emphasised that this investment in the personal brands of young professionals by Fidelity Bank will help them become more employable.

He also noted that the interview preparation sessions will help them improve their awareness, confidence, and ultimately improve their chances of securing a decent job.
BTDT Hub has also partnered with She Leads Africa, the number one destination for smart and ambitious African women, and Facebook on employability and enterprise related trainings.
The training sessions are designed to teach young professionals and entrepreneurs how to utilise digital resources and compete in a global marketplace.
Specifically, the sessions will focus on Business Finance for Entrepreneurs and How to Build a Successful Brand on Instagram.
The Chief Operating Officer at BTDT Hub, Oluwatayo Dada, noted that the partnership with She Leads Africa on #SheMeansBusiness will improve the skills of attendees as well as the growth of SMEs in Nigeria.
BTDT Hub’s Product Manager, Odunola Oyeyipo, also encouraged young female professionals to take advantage of the trainings and equip themselves for the future.
