Burna Boy and Mavin Record Label Singer, Rema made it to America’s 44th President, Barrack Obama’s favorite music of 2019.

Obama who was the first African American President of the United States via his twitter social media platform made this known. He tweeted: “From hip-hop to country to The Boss, here are my songs of the year.

If you’re looking for something to keep you company on a long drive or help you turn up a workout, I hope there’s a track or two in here that does the trick.”

From the list Burna Boy’s- Anybody and Rema’s- Iron man was selected as the only Nigerians on the list, among some other songs by the former president.

It is no doubt that the genre Afrobeat has been recognized all over the world.

Rema however quoted the president’s tweet with a reply thanking him.
