Bus plunges into Anambra river

A COMMERCIAL bus driver on Wednesday escaped death after his vehicle plunged into Ulasi River at Okija Bridge in Anambra State.

The Nation gathered that the driver struggled to gain control of the vehicle following brake failure before it plunged into the river.

Sector Public Education Officer, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Pascal Anigbo, confirmed the incident.
