Ebuka, Lawrence spice up BBTitians Saturday party

The 11th Saturday Night Party was the real definition of saving the best for the last with the inclusion of the show’s hosts, Ebuka Obi Uchendu and Lawrence Maleka.

The Big Brother Titans top six finalists were not informed about the surprise and they danced the night away enjoying their last Saturday night party of the season.

Housemates didn’t come short of denim and glitters in their outfits which corresponded with the theme of the night, ‘Denim and Diamonds.’ In the same vein, Biggie surprised the housemates with glittery outfits – in which they stunned and lit up the dancefloor.

The final party for the season had DJs Maze and Mxtreme on the decks for the night. The two disc jockeys wasted no time in putting the housemates into groove mode as the two created an aura with a mix of amapiano and Afrobeats par excellence.

There was no drama on the dance floor, just joy as housemates jammed to the music and didn’t look stressed over today’s finale.

And just when the housemates felt it was over, after waiting endlessly to see evicted housemates reunite with them as it has become the tradition over time, Biggie pulled a fast one on the remaining six housemates with a twist.

Instead of reuniting the ex-housemates with the six finalists, Biggie brought in hosts Ebuka and Lawrence as surprise guests. The housemates couldn’t hide their joy and excitement as they saved the last dance for Ebuka and Lawrence.

Ebubu, Khosi, Kanaga Jr, Tsatsii, Ipeleng, and Yvonne were all smiles, grinning from ear to ear as they mingled and danced with Ebuka and Lawrence.

The introduction of Ebuka and Lawrence to the party further took away tension off the six finalists ahead of today’s finale.

One housemate, who had fans and audience talking all through the night was South African housemate Khosi, whose dance steps had male admirers drooling.

She further got fans and audience talking after Ebuka was spotted at the party giving Khosi a drink straight from the bottle.

Khosi will be leading the other five remaining housemates into the final week of the BBTitans.

She was so excited she couldn’t help but show off her new title.

As usual, the Head of House (HoH) title comes with some extra privileges.

Khosi gets to sit on the throne-like HoH chair, get information directly from Big Brother and read out the day’s task to the other housemates.

Housemates stepped on Biggie’s ramp and showed off Kanaga’s fashion line, so he’s starting with a bit of experience.

With every wager presentation and task given, Blaqboi shows up and shows off with ideas that usually work in favour of the housemates. While Thabang may have been feeling sick, he managed to bring his young expertise to the table.

Gists from 8th BBTitans Saturday night party

The eighth Big Brother Titans Saturday Night party came with its vibes and chills.

Like others, the party had its theme. And it was looking like your favourite celebs.

The remaining 12 housemates had the time of their life as they partied looking like their fave celebs.

Here are some of the gist from the party:

DJ Mobi Dixon on the wheels of steels

As always, the services of a disc jockey is employed to keep the housemates’ feets busy for three hours at every Saturday Night Party. For week eight, Mobi Dixon had the honour of setting off the tone for the Saturday Night party.

In his character, Mobi Dixon employed ‘Piano and Afrobeats’ to set the tone in the Big Brother house for the Saturday Night party.

To his glory, Mobi Dixon had all the housemates on their feet as they kept busting moves at the party wrapping up week eight.

    Music and style

The eighth week’s theme was all things music. This continued at the Saturday Night party as Biggie surprised the housemates with celebrity outfits. And yes, the remaining 12 housemates were stunned and shone like bright stars as they showed off their world-famous looks.

Few notable styles that got the audience talking include Kanaga Jr, who was dressed up as Kanye West, Ipeleng, who showed off her Erykah Badu style, and Blue Aiva was the devil in the red dress representing Nicki Minaj.

    The Party

A couple of the housemates danced, whined and drank to the brim. The dance wasn’t as much as the urge to show off their styles.

While Miracle OP,  Blue Aiva and Khosi gave us an impromptu fashion show in their beautifully-designed outfits, Ebubu came through with his awesome energy and lit up the stage. Not holding back, Blue Aiva and Kanaga set it off even more with dance moves that would excite anyone who loves movement. For some reason, Khosi was quite free at the party as she supplied different dance steps and moved like it was her last party in the house. Justin was also a vibe as he screamed whenever the DJ played any of his favourite songs.

  • Gists from energetic BBTitians 7th Saturday party

Gists from energetic BBTitians 7th Saturday party

    By Gbenga Bada

The seventh Saturday night party was filled with an aura of energy with the room fully charged for fun, dance and alcohol.

The exit of the ex-housemates was noticeable with the room looking bigger with just 16 housemates.

Here are some titbits from the energetic seventh Saturday night party:

    DJ Toy performed commendably

Give it to the Disc Jockey for the Seventh Saturday Night Party, DJ Toy, he gave a commendable service while behind his turntables.

DJ Toy matched the energy in the party room with songs that got the 16 remaining housemates dancing for the better part of the three hour party.

From top Nigerian songs to South African’s biggest tracks, DJ Toy perfectly meddled between both country genres to give a perfect blend for the party.

    The Kanaiva moves

Probably to entertain or distinguish their pair from other pairs on the BBTitans show, the pair of Kanaiva, made up of Kanaga Jr and Blue Aiva, serenaded the housemates and viewers with the unusual Kanaiva dance moves. The pair held other housemates spellbound for almost three minutes as they entertained with their well choreographed dance moves. The Blaqleng pair also tried following suit but Ipaleng was not as keen as BlaqBoi.

    Energy Gads

A number of the housemates seemed to have forgotten that the Sunday live eviction show was barely 18 hours away after enjoying immunity in week six.

They danced away their sorrows and ensured they had the best time of their life at the seventh Saturday Night Party.

Topping the list of Energy gads at the party were Miracle Op, Kanaga Jr, BlaqBoi, Ebubu, Yemi Cregx and interestingly, Nelisa.

Their energy was out of the world and they had fun pacing round the party room while dancing and sharing drinks.

Yemi Cregx couldn’t take hands off Khosi

One time Head of House, Yemi Cregx couldn’t stop expressing Public Display of Affection towards Khosi at the seventh Saturday Night Party.

His hands were all around Khosi and didn’t allow Khosi leave her sight.

Times she was rubbing Khosi’s backside, hair of face, he was pacing and dancing round the party room with his energy-filled mates.

    Ipeleng loosen up

For the seventh Saturday Night party in the house, Ipeleng gave some of the best highlights. She came out of her shell to dance, whine and dine – even though she preferred to stay safe with her bottle of Pepsi all through the three hour party.

She joined the go-round dance, engaged in some funny dance steps and even danced with her partner, BlaqBoi and Miracle OP at different times during the party.

On Blue Aiva and Nelisa’s scandalous outfits

Viewers and fans of the BBTitans show couldn’t take their eyes off Blue Aiva and Nelisa all through the show.

Like siamese twins, the two were bound looking scantily dressed to the admiration of many males thet drooled over them.

While Nelisa’s bum short was too short to be called one, Blue Aiva literally wore a black short leather skirt that made no effort covering her bum.

The wiggled and jiggled their bum at every opportunity while the camera focused on them aside other housemates.

As if that wasn’t enough, Nelisa’s top left little or nothing to imagine of her boobs while Blue Aiva’s net top gave out the tattoos on her cleavage, mid riff and other parts of her body. Nana was not left out of this geng but she was more of a short dress than being scantily dressed.

When Nana blew Justin’s mind away

Not many viewers got the scene – which was brief – but one of the interesting moments of the night was when DJ Toy played Ajimovoix drums’ ‘Focus.’ Nana couldn’t hold herself as she dived into the song wriggling her waist and twerking persistently for Justin, who was enjoying every bit of the brief moment.

The moment was one of the highlights of Nana’s activities at the party despite being glued to the mirror in the party room.

Yvonne, Olivia and Blue Aiva’s bum challenge

Three female housemates, who left viewers asking for more during the seventh Saturday night party are Yvonne, Olivia and Blue Aiva, who practically couldn’t help shaking their voluptuous bum at every given opportunity. The three housemates, who were occassionally joined by Nelisa and Nana in the fun, literally had a bum challenge as they twerked and wiggled their tail feathers to the delight of male viewers and some female fans of the show.

  • BBTitans: Olivia in tears as nominations affect Juiolva

BBTitans: Olivia in tears as nominations affect Juiolva

BBTitans housemate Olivia was in tears after the seventh nomination process began on day 43 in the BBTitans’ house.

Olivia surprised viewers at home when she, firstly, broke down in tears in the diary room and, secondly, changed the pairs she and Juicy Jay had agreed to nominate.

Sitting in the diary seat, Olivia told Biggie that Juiolva had chosen to put Blaqleng and Kaniva up for nomination.

When Biggie asked for her reasons, Olivia broke into tears and confessed to Biggie that she was forced by her partner, Juicy Jay, to nominate her friend Kaniva which did not sit well with her. Biggie gave her a chance to rethink her choice, and she swapped out Kaniva, putting Yelisa up for nomination instead.

Feeling bad about it, Oliva shared with Yvonne and Nana that she was ready to leave and immediately started packing, not wanting to leave anything behind.

She wasn’t the only one in tears. Tsatsii was devastated after Biggie doled out punishment to the Royals. On a high after winning the HoH title (the first pair to do so twice), the pair came crashing off their cloud when Biggie punished them due to Tsastii’s nomination discussions with other housemates. Their punishment? Biggie revoked their save and replace privilege and told them they would be up for eviction. Understandably, Tsastii felt terrible about letting her partner down. Like a popped balloon, their joy was instantly deflated, and it’s going to be a tough time on the throne for these two.
