BBNaija Shine Ya Eye finalist, Cross has read out a riot act to Angel over her incessant mood swings.

Cross had opened up about his feeling when Angel on Wednesday night became sober and retired to her bed not talking with any housemate.

Cross told Angel to either stop the mood swings or wait till Monday after the show.

Cross said: “You’ve started with this behavior and you know I don’t like it. If this is how you cope don’t do that with me. If you want to do that wait till Monday.

“Once you start having a connection with me, you can’t decide to stay in one place and get moody.

“It’s not going to work for me. It’s either you evict me out of this house or you find a way to evict yourself.”

Liquorose, a two-time Head Of House in the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye edition, recently got a message to help her forge ahead.

Liquorose used some of her BB tokens to get an encouragement letter from her friend, Emeka.

Liquorose was taken to the executive lounge to listen to the message which got her emotional.

Emeka, speaking to her, encouraged her to be herself and continue to make her fans proud.

“I was so excited when I heard I had to make a message for you. I expected you to go into the house and do us proud but you exceeded our expectations.

“Few more days to go, we can’t wait to see you and we’re doing our own part out here for you. Just be yourself,” Emeka told Liquorose.

Big Brother has instructed the remaining Shine Ya Eye housemates to return their pet fish after the death of Cross, Queen, and Liquorose pet fishes.

Big Brother, through Whitemoney, requested that all the housemates return their fishes.

The announcement came as a surprise to all as it happened while some of the Housemates were busy with their morning chores, some asleep while others were in the salon.

When Whitemoney made the announcement, he said that Big Brother told them to say their goodbyes and take their fish to the Store Room right away.

Pere proceeded to have little conversations with his fish while he fed it for the last time.

Meanwhile, Nini was pleading that her fish be left behind because it was not ill. Whitemoney went ahead to feed his fish as well. Angel, who has been very close to her fish, also went to drop her fish without any ceremony. reality.

Barely a week into receiving their pet fish, Cross lost his fish Targeryan. This made all the Housemates alert and more careful at looking out for their fish. Queen eventually lost hers as well and on Friday night.

On Saturday, Liquorose’s fish named kiss passed on in the early hours of the morning.

Liquorose felt bad about this and went to bed sobbing.

Emmanuel was of course by her side to comfort her.

Ex-Head of House, Pere has said being on the show is a privilege.

Pere made this known on Sunday while having a discussion with Yousef and Angel.

Yousef and Angel had expressed fears over tonight’s eviction show.

Pere, consoling them, said at some time in the House, he almost approached Big Brother in the diary room to seek a voluntary exit from the show.

Pere said: “There was a time I had thought of asking Biggie for a voluntary exit but then I changed my mind because I felt I shouldn’t give up yet. Being on this show is a privilege and I’ll take it again if given another opportunity.”

Nini and Saga have engaged in another round of gossip on Queen and JMK.

This is coming a few days after Big Brother revealed a video of the duo gossiping about Pere in the house to other housemates.

Saga had told Nini that Queen pleasured herself while inside the pool with other housemates.

Nini and Saga revealed this while having a discussion with Liquorose and Emmanuel in the garden.

Saga said Queen touched herself till she ejaculated inside the pool.

“Remember when Queen was at one side of the pool masturbating. She was seriously touching herself till she released orgasm inside the pool,” Saga said.

After the eighth Saturday party, Cross decided to appeal to Angel.

Cross went on his knees to beg Angel and know why she changed her attitude towards him.

He complained that Angel has not been speaking to him but has been avoiding him.

“What did I do wrong, please tell me. You’ve been avoiding me and have not spoken to me.

“You know we are both up for eviction and there’s a possibility that either one of us or both of us will be evicted on Sunday,” Cross told Angel.

Angel refused to respond to Cross and gave him no attention.

At the eighth Saturday night party, the 11 remaining Housemates grooved to good music and gave viewers and fans many reasons to stay glued.

They turned up with so much energy to match the rhythm blaring from the disc jockey’s speakers.

Here are some quick tidbits from the eighth Saturday night party

The photo booth

The remaining housemates had 30 minutes to enjoy the pre-party photo booth, which was introduced in the fifth week by Tecno for the housemates to enjoy some photo sessions.

Though not all the housemates went through the session, usual suspects like Saga, Emmanuel, Pere, Queen, Angel, Nini, and Whitemoney took more pictures than others. Saskay also joined the usual suspects to bring out their inner modeling abilities.

DJ Danny came prepared

DJ Danny came prepared for the party with the theme Black and Gold bop as he dished out unlimited fun on the turntable.

Danny became the ninth DJ to play for the housemates in the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye edition after DJ Sose, DJ Xclusive, DJ Big N and DJ Nana, DJ Wysei, DJ Dayzee, DJ Shawn, and DJ Joenel.

The young and energetic DJ, sure didn’t come to play as he kept the 11 remaining housemates on their feet all night. Viewers’ agreed that DJ Danny delivered one of the best parties of the season yet. The DJ thrilled with a fine mix of Nigerian classic hits but as always was unsuccessful in keeping some housemates away from the mirrors.

A black and gold bop party

From cultural to old school themes, the housemates rocked some of the best outfits suitable for each theme. Since the fifth party, the housemates who escaped nomination and eviction  – and even the ones on the nomination list – continued to throw caution to the wind to enjoy the Saturday nights. For the eighth week, the 11 remaining housemates let down their guards and they drank, danced and grooved into the wee hours of Sunday. The housemates appeared classy and distinguished in their party suits and dresses befitting for a ball. From Whitemoney to Emmanuel, Cross, Saskay, Liquorose, Angel, Queen, and Pere, it was an air-filled party with many shades of  blacks and gold.

Whitemoney and Queen

Whitemoney and Queen had a wonderful time on the dance floor during the party.

Whitemoney, who is the incumbent Head Of House and Queen, his deputy, went straight into the groove – spending the better part of the night in front of the reflective glasses. Unlike the party when Queen and Whitemoney had a late start, it was dance, dance, and more dance in the eighth week for the pair. It was not surprising when the two shared an intimate kiss after the party.

The lovebirds

As usual, viewers had a full dose of friendships turned relationships and situationships. From the usual suspects, Nini and Saga, Emmanuel and Liquorose, to new entrants Angel and Yousef and Whitemoney and Queen, the Shine Ya Eye partners had viewers watching with rapt attention as they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. It wasn’t surprising as Liquorose and Emmanuel stole kisses during the party while Saga and Nini held themselves so tight. 

The Cross moment

Cross came fully prepared to entertain and leave viewers talking. Since the first party, he has continued to register himself as a must-have in every party. His moments in the house are great highlights of every Saturday night parties. And this week, Cross left housemates surprised with mouth wide ajar when he made a silly proposal to Saskay on the dance floor. Though some housemates also tried to give him a run for his money during party nights, the party beast was too smooth to be overthrown. Cross’ party life aura on Saturday nights has continued to rub off on other housemates like Yousef and Pere, who seem to be his chat partner now.

BBNaija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ ex-Head Of House, Pere has said Saga’s perception of his person is frivolous and he’s less concerned.

In a video shown to the remaining 11 housemates by Big brother, Saga told Nini that Pere is an instigator and always trying to trigger Nini.

Pere, in his defence, told Cross and Yousef that those who call him an instigator are themselves instigators.

“People who accuse people of being an instigator, are themselves instigators.

” Moreover, I don’t give life to people’s opinions unless it’s constructive criticism and not frivolous criticism,” he stated.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye resident chef Whitemoney has said Angel is camera conscious and isn’t real.

The incumbent Head Of House, during a conversation with Queen, alleged that Angel was acting for the camera and is chasing clout.

He said: “Basically, she does things for clout. I’ve told her before. I said, Angel, this is not you. Most of the things you do are not you. You just do it for clout. You just do it to get noticed.

“You talk most times and you look at the camera to know whether it’s looking at you. When it’s looking at you, you add more energy. Most of the things you just do, you know what you’re doing.”

Yousef, Angel, Liquorose and Saskay have won N3.25million.

The housemates won different amounts in the Piggyvest sponsored task on Thursday.

Yousef and Angel came third in the task with a total sum of N500, 000 each while Liquorose came second and won the prize money of N750,000.

Saskay, who had won several sums of monies in sponsored tasks, emerged the overall winner with N1.5 million.
