  • Video: Peter Okoye denies promising Tacha N60m

    Superstar musician Peter Okoye has denied promising to give Tacha, who was disqualified on Friday from #BBNaija whether or not she wins the reality show.

    Okoye was seen in a live video promising to give the controversial the prize money whether she won or not.

    However, Okoye made another live video on Friday to debunk the promise.

    He said he never promised to give Tacha any money.

    According to him: “I said I will teach her how to make N60million, I never said I will give her N60million.”

    Peter went ahead to pledge to give N10million to anyone who can provide a video evidence or a tweet where he promised Tacha N60million.

  • BREAKING: Tacha disqualified from #BBNaija

    Housemate, Tacha Akide has been disqualified from the ongoing BBNaija season four.

    News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the popular housemates, was butted off the show on Friday night for violence and intent to harm fellow housemate.

    The ‘Port Harcourt first daughter’ had a heated argument with fellow housemate, Mercy Eke on Friday morning, and pulled her hair twice in an attempt to get physical.

    The fight, which started on an unrelated issue, saw both housemates exchange abuses and call each other names while Mercy struggled to keep her cool.

    For not stepping away from a volatile situation, Mercy was issues two strikes. This means that a third strike would lead to her disqualification.

    Meanwhile, Tacha had been issued two strikes earlier in the show, which were waived when Biggie introduced a clean slate.

    However, fans have noted that she has had heated issues with almost every housemate since the show began.

    Following the fight with Mercy, ex-housemates of past seasons including Kemen, Khloe, IFu Ennada and some fans of the show pointed out that disqualifications have been meted out in precious seasons for lesser reasons.

    Kemen, who was disqualified in season two, over alleged assault shared a screenshot of the BBNaija rule book showing physical assault was a ground for disqualification.

    Tacha’s exit from the show comes hours after Cindy Okafor’s surprise eviction. This brings the total housemate to eight with the show just ten days from ending.

  • BBNaija: Will Peter Okoye fulfill his promise to Tacha?

    Peter Okoye, formerly of the P-Square famous musical group, declared on his Instagram handle some months ago, that he would give Tacha the N60m prize money should fails to win the show.

    He is one of the celebrities who have shown their support for the ‘controversial’ housemate.

    In July, he declared support for Tacha.

    He has been voting for her, even mobilising support for her among his fan base.

  • BBnaija2019: Tacha, Mercy face disqualification

    Mercy and Tacha may be disqualified or get strikes from the organisers of the Big Brother Naija show for engagement violence in the House.

    There was serious drama in House on Friday, which led to Tacha hitting Mercy.

    This happened after both housemates engaged in a heated argument, leading to what appears like a physical confrontation.

    Seyi had earlier called on Mercy to come to the lounge so they can read Biggie’s scroll.

    However, Mercy who just finish having her bath, came out late for the reading.

    Tacha, who was already boiling, seized the opportunity to rain insults on Mercy.

    She said: ”You are a moron, remain there and don’t come out. clout chaser, old woman. You keep using your body to get everything you want. You have been using Ike to get what you want. You can’t stand eviction that is why you need Ike to help you.”

    Mercy replied: ” You are very stupid, you Instagram beggar. Go and treat your body odour before you talk to me, you stink. At least, I have a boyfriend (Ike) to get me what I want. What has your boyfriend done for you?”

    During the argument, Tacha pushed Mercy and also dragged her weave-on twice while Mercy struggled to control her anger.

    She picked up a pressing iron but was stopped by Omashola.

  • BBNaija: Fans react to Cindy’s eviction

    Housemate, Cindy Okafor has been evicted from the ongoing BBNaija season four.

    The shocking eviction took place on Friday morning with host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu’s visit to the house.

    Cindy, who was introduced to the show on July 30 alondisde Elozonam, Enkay and Venita, is an online radio presenter, writer and content creator.

    In an interesting turn of events, Ebuka strolled into the house with the envelope containing the name of the evicted housemate.

    Prior to that, he asked all the housemates to pack their bags and get ready for the show at the lounge.

    On Monday, Frodd used his veto power card to nominate Mike, Tacha, Ike, Cindy and Elozonam for possible eviction.

    Following Cindy’s eviction, fans took to social media to express their shock at the turn of events.

    @Thecybernewt said, “This breakfast has too much pepper. Which kain eviction be this.”

    @Raynergy tweeted, “Cindy is an amazing girl and she’ll do just fine.”

    @Byran said, “Cindy is an amazing girl and she’ll do just fine.”

  • Video: BBNaija: Tacha, Mercy in dirty fight

    There was a big fight between Mercy and Tacha on Friday at the Big brother house, similar to what could be obtainable in a wrestling ring.

    The heated argument between the two has attracted several reactions from fans and followers of the show.

    Other housemates attempted to broker peace, but the angered Tacha and Mercy were hearing none of it, with Tacha yanking off Mercy’s hair which she was swinging in her face.

    The argument between the two has to do with Tacha’s alleged body odour and after the housemates argued, Tacha could be clearly seen applying body spray.

    There are already insinuations that the duo may be sanctioned for their actions.

    Big Brother Naija housemate Cindy has been evicted from the reality show.

    Cindy who was evicted on Friday is now the 17th housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother Naija 2019 house.

    On Friday, September 27, 2019, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced her eviction of from the Big Brother House.

    Cindy emerged the Head of House on September 9, 2019. She joined the show four weeks after it kicked off alongside Joe, Enkay, Elozonam and Venita.

    This is the 10th eviction and 11th live eviction show on the Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem edition which kicked off on June 30, 2019.

     

  • #BBNaija 2019: Surprise eviction begins Thursday

    The Organisers of the 2019 Big Brother Naija reality show have announced that a ‘surprise eviction’ will begin on Thursday evening as against the regular Sunday night evictions.

    It should be noted that there are 10 Housemates left in the House with barely 10-days to the end of the season.

  • BBnaija(4): fans slam Tacha for wrongly spelling state of origin

    Imagine not knowing how to spell the state you come from.

    But that was what played at the Big Brother Naija ‘Pepper Dem’.

    Housemates were tasked by Biggie to celebrate themselves by painting the walls with unique and memorable designs of their choice.

    Tacha, a self-acclaimed Port Harcourt first daughter, then designed the wall but she missed out on the ‘o and u’ in the oil-rich city.

    She also missed the ‘h’ after “g” in daughter, forcing fans to launch scathing attacks against her.

    Elozonam took a look at Tacha’s painting on the wall and wondered if Tacha’s spelling of ‘Port Harcourt’ was correct.

    When he turned to Seyi to ask, Seyi quickly told him he was asking the wrong person.

    When they looked at her spelling of ‘daughter’, they burst into laughter at how letter ‘h’ was positioned.

    In what they termed ‘creative save’ these two had a good laugh about Tacha’s spelling.

    The Pepper Dem Housemates are in the business of catching cruise with one another.
