Asking others for things you won’t ask your family evil – I Go Save

Popular comedian, Otaghware Otas Onodjayeke aka I Go Save has offered an opinion of what he considers evil.

According to him, requesting from people things one would never ask their parents or family members is simply evil.

I Go Save though didn’t condemn the act of ‘asking’ but stressed an individual should only seek from others what they can comfortably ask of their family.

  • Pere knocks cleric that ‘prophesied’ Davido son’s death

Pere knocks cleric that ‘prophesied’ Davido son’s death

Ex-BBNaija Season 4 housemate, Pere Egbi has knocked a cleric, who claimed to have prophesied the death of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi.

Prophet Samuel Kings via his Facebook page on January 7 in what he tagged “Global Prophecy’s had stated 2022 to 2023 would be highly significant in the Afrobeats singer’s life and career.

He claimed besides great opportunities, rewards and awards Davido will attract during this time, he must pray against death especially for his ‘son’ which he highlighted and loved ones.

He also remarked about two letters, T and Y ‘playing a significant clue’ in his prophecy.

The post read: “#GLOBAL PROPHECY. PRAY FOR DAVID ADELEKE aka Davido.

“In a vision I saw 2022 with so many opportunities for him, reward and awards! This is the biggest year for him even until 2023!

“But let’s pray Against any arrow of death ESPECIALLY against his son! Any any close loved ones.

“God revealed this to me that it will happen if prayers are not MADE.

“I see T and Y as a very significant clue to this prophecy as well.”

Unfortunately, news of Ifeanyi’s death broke on Monday night after he was said to have drowned in the pool at his father’s Banana Island residence while his parents were heading for Ibadan for a family function.

Upon the tragic event, Prophet Samuel made a video where he said he tried reaching Davido a couple of times to deliver ‘God’s’ message to him but wasn’t given a chance since he isn’t ‘among one of the names of the so-called big prophets in Nigeria’.

After a while, Kings stated he ceased pushing to see the singer because he didn’t want to be perceived as some ‘hungry ‘prophet trying to look for fame and money’.

He implored the DMW boss to reach out to him to avert more horrific events likely to happen in 2023 because only the first part of his prohecy had happened.

Reacting to Kings’ prophecies, Pere argued in the days of the Bible, God always led prophets directly to Kings when He had a message for them but never for such messages to be shared with the public.

He maintained if God truly gave the prophet a message for David, he should have told him instead of broadcasting it to the world.

Egbi in a series of tweets said: “If God gave you a message about a public figure, tell them. Don’t broadcast it to the world. Some of these pastors should have sense. You can have the Holy Ghost and still be deficient in wisdom. Now the boy is gone to Heaven.

“You’re still online posting on Facebook saying “prophecy fulfilled”? So what? So that we should know you’re a man of God. I find something wrong with that.

“If God gave you a message for a king, he will lead you directly to that king to deliver it. In bible days, he operated that way. A message for a man from God was never shared with the public.”

  • Eight popular murdered rappers

    Eight popular murdered rappers

There are at least 60 rappers and hip hop musicians murdered between 1987 and 2022.

Two studies in 2010 concluded that murder was the cause of 51.5% of hip hop musician deaths.

The average age of death is between 25 and 30.

Hip hop has a higher rate of homicide than any other genre of music, ranging from five to 32 times higher.

Some reasons cited for the high homicide rate include poor background of many artistes, criminal gang activity, drug use, and poor pastoral care among artistes and record labels.

Here are eight popular rappers murdered:

    *Takeoff

Kirshnik Khari Ball known professionally as Takeoff, was an American rapper best known as a member of the hip hop trio Migos along with his uncle Quavo and first cousin once removed Offset.

On November 1, Takeoff was shot and killed at 810 Billiards & Bowling in Houston, Texas.

His uncle Quavo was present during the shooting but was not injured.

It was reported by the Houston Chronicle and TMZ that an argument broke out after a dice game that led to the fatal shooting.

    *PnB Rock

Rakim Hasheem Allen, better known by his stage name PnB Rock, was an American rapper and singer.

On September 12, PnB Rock was robbed and fatally shot at Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘N Waffles near Main Street and Manchester Avenue in South Los Angeles.

He saved his partner, with whom he had a two-year-old daughter, by throwing her under a table.

On September 28, the LAPD confirmed that an unnamed 17-year old juvenile had been arrested in connection to the murder, and a 32-year old woman, Shauntel Trone, had been arrested for accessory to murder.

The following day, a third suspect was arrested: the 17-year old’s father, Freddie Trone.

The juvenile and Freddie Trone were charged with one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree robbery, and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.

    *Pop Smoke

Bashar Barakah Jackson, known professionally as Pop Smoke, was an American rapper.

On February 19, 2020, Pop Smoke was renting a house through Airbnb owned by The Real Housewives star Teddi Mellencamp and her husband, Edwin Arroyave, in Hollywood Hills, California.

At around 4:30 a.m., five hooded men, including one wearing a ski mask and carrying a handgun, broke into the house through a second-story balcony while Pop Smoke was taking a shower.

The intruders held a gun to a woman’s head and threatened to kill her.

Shortly thereafter, the woman heard the men shoot Pop Smoke three times after an altercation.

    *Nipsey Hussle

Ermias Joseph Asghedom, known professionally as Nipsey Hussle (often stylised as Nipsey Hu$$le), was an American rapper.

On March 31, 2019, Nipsey Hussle was fatally shot outside his store in South Los Angeles.

Eric Holder, a 29-year-old man who confronted him earlier that day, was arrested and charged with murder two days later.

Holder was found guilty of first-degree murder on July 6.

    *XXXTentacion

Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy, known professionally as XXXTentacion (often stylised as XXXTENTACION) and commonly referred to as simply X, was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter.

On June 18, 2018, XXXTentacion, age 20, was murdered when he was shot near a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

The attackers fled the scene in an SUV after stealing his Louis Vuitton bag containing $50,000 in cash.

Four suspects were arrested and charged with first-degree murder among other charges.

In August, one of the four men pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in exchange for testimony against the other three defendants in their upcoming trial.

    *Big L

Lamont Coleman, known professionally as Big L, was an American rapper and record executive.

On February 15, 1999, Big L was killed at 45 West 139th Street in his native Harlem after being shot nine times in the face and chest in a drive-by shooting.

Gerard Woodley, one of Big L’s childhood friends, was arrested three months later for the crime.

    *The Notorious B.I.G.

Christopher George Latore Wallace, better known by his stage names the Notorious B.I.G., Biggie Smalls, or simply Biggie, was an American rapper.

On March 8, 1997, an unidentified African-American man dressed in a blue suit and bow tie, rolled down his black Chevy Impala’s window, drew a 9 mm blue-steel pistol, and fired at Wallace’s car.

Four bullets hit Wallace, and his entourage subsequently rushed him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where doctors performed an emergency thoracotomy but he was pronounced dead.

    *Tupac Shakur

Tupac Amaru Shakur, also known as 2Pac and Makaveli, was an American rapper, widely considered one of the most influential rappers of all time.

On September 7, 1996, a model Cadillac sedan pulled up to the passenger side and an occupant rapidly fired into the car hitting Shakur four times: once in the arm, once in the thigh, and twice in the chest, with one bullet entering his right lung.
