  • How 30-year-old law graduate became Imo First Lady

In a dramatic manner, Senator Hope Uzodinma has become the number one citizen of Imo State following the sack of Governor Emeka Ihedioha by the Supreme Court. Like other governors, Uzodinma must have a woman by his side to run the affairs of the state and he has opted for his second wife, Chioma.

The interesting part about the new First Lady of Imo is her age. At 30-year-old, the law graduate from Imo State University may just be the youngest First Lady in the history of Nigeria. For her, this is a remarkably feat and it has skyrocketed the unknown lady to spotlight.

Social Circuit gathered that the newly inaugurated governor met Chioma, who hails from Ideato Local Government Area of Imo State, when she went to Abuja to attend Law School. Although Uzodinma’s first marriage to Augusta didn’t end on a good note, it was learnt that he doesn’t joke with Chioma.

The Senator, who represented Imo West in the eighth assembly, married Chioma in 2015 in a traditional marriage in Owerri. The couple have three children – a baby boy and a set of twin girls.
