Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Section on Business Law (SBL) Seni Adio (SAN) has been inaugurated as one of the new members of conglomerate, the Odua Group.
Hia appointment was announced during a virtual meeting held last week by the six Southwest governors of Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti states presided over by their Chairman Governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN)
Aside Adio, who is from Oyo, the Board comprises Dr. Lawrence Aina (Osun) – Chairman, Mr.Segun Olujobi (Ekiti) – Member, Dr. Tola Kasali (Lagos) – Member, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru (Ogun) – Member, and Chief Segun Ojo (Ondo) – Member.
The governors, who expressed confidence in the individual capabilities of the Board members, said the choices were made after a careful consideration of their wealth of experience, integrity and deep knowledge of the business environment.
The governors charged them to reposition and restructure the Organisation in order to foster a robust, transparent, accountable and forward-looking tradition that will engender enviable productivity deserving of a regional heritage.
