Designated points have been fixed for washing of hands inside the Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area (LGA) Secretariat, while environmental and health officers check the temperature of both visitors and workers as they come in.
The council chairman Idris Ariyoh appealed to residents to complement government’s effort by practicing all preventive measures announced.

He urged corporate organisations to help the government fight the coronavirus scourge by creating more awareness to the people on the need for personal and environmental hygiene.
Head of the council’s environmental team, Akeem Adeoye said the hand-wash points were established because the council has to show exemplary leadership, adding that more places would be provided in the coming days.
