Court fixes today for hearing of Igboho’s aides’ suit

A Federal High Court in Abuja has fixed today to hear a suit against the Department of State Services (DSS) and its Director General, Yusuf Bichi.

The suit was filed by 12 detained aides of the Yoruba nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho.

The Nation reports that following a raid on Igboho’s Sooka home, the DSS arrested and detained 13 of his associates.

Those arrested and paraded were: Abdulateef Ofeyagbe, Amoda Babatunde, aka Lady ‘K’, Tajudeen Erinoyen, Diakola Ademola, Abideen Shittu, Jamiu Noah, Ayobami Donald, Adelabe Usman, Oluwapelumi Kunle, Raji Kazeem, Taiwo Opeyemi and Bamidele Sunday.
