COVID-19: FCT deploys ventilators to hospitals

Federal Capital Territory (FCT) is making arrangements to deploy locally-made ventilators made by the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) to hospitals and isolation centres.

Minister of State for FCT Hajiya Ramattu Aliyu said the administration would work with NASENI to manage cases of COVID-19 in the FCT.

The minister, who spoke while inspecting NASENI’s locally made ventilators and disinfectants, said the disinfectants could be used on fully clothed persons.
