Kwara State will not reveal identities of COVID-19 patients, Commissioner for Health Dr Raji Razaq said on Thursday.
Speaking with reporters in Ilorin, Razaq explained that such acts was unethical.

He advised residents against spreading and listening to fake news and rumours, adding that some people were bent on misinforming the public to discredit the government.
Razaq noted that the two new reported cases were part of the samples sent for testing previously, adding that the state currently had four confirmed cases of COVID- 19.
