THE leaders of the proscribed Oyo State chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) yesterday vowed to resist the plan by Governor Seyi Makinde to impose a former leader of the union, Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi aka Auxiliary, on members.
The leaders, after an emergency meeting in Ibadan, appealed to security agencies, traditional rulers, religious leaders and leaders of thoughts to prevail on Governor Makinde not to appoint Auxiliary as the motor parks manager.
