Banky W has taken some time to reflect on human behavior.

The musician and actor took to his Instagram page to share some motivational ideas on how people can switch up in very little time.

Banky noted that it is human nature to be contradictory therefore one should never seek validation from fellow human beings.

“Human beings are contradictory. You can be great one day, and shameful the next. In the same vein, people will honor you one day and hate you the next. And they will love you one day, then try to label or limit you based on your lowest moment the next”, he captioned a video on his Instagram page.

“Try not to hinge your happiness on the comment section. Your validation cannot come from a man’s opinion. Your validation and joy must come from within… from who you are because of who you are.
