A commercial bus driver conveying passengers from Abuja fled for his life after crushing two motor-cyclists to death.

The incident occurred on Sunday in Akungba, Akoko South West Local Government Area.

Witnesses said the bus rammed into the two motor-cyclists while they were arguing after a head-òn collision.

The driver took to his heels, leaving his passengers behind.

Spokesman for the Ondo Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Abiola Fadumo said soldiers  calmed a mob reacting to the incident.
