The new Edo Five Star Bénin Central Hospital built by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole and commissioned by President Mohammadu Buhari in 2016 has been opened for business.
It was renamed the Edo Specialist Hospital.
Over 100 patients were said to have reported at the hospital for medical checkup.
Staff were seen working and attending to patients when reporters visited the hospital.

On Wednesday, the hospital offered free radio diagnostics and CT scan for patients.
Chief Executive Officer of the hospital, Mr. Chukwuka Monye, explained that the new hospital is a specialist hospital and not a general hospital.
Monye said patients that could pay would get services of the hospital which he said was world best standard.
