Egbado College alumni holds election

The Egbado (Yewa) College Old Students Association (ECOSA), Ilaro, Ogun State will hold its national general election and extraordinary general meeting on Saturday at the school’s PTA Hall.

Candidates are expected to vie for 13 positions, according to the ECOSA 2019 National Election Timetable.

The positions are: the President, two Vice- Presidents, National General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, National Social Secretary and Assistant National Social Secretary.

Others are: Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, National Public Relations Officer, Assistant Public relations Officer, National Legal Adviser and National Auditor. The programme is expected to begin on Friday with voter accreditation between 12 pm and 4pm.

Accreditation continues on Saturday morning, followed by Electoral Committee Chairman Sola Ogunyemi’s speech and manifestos.

Voting starts at noon.
