Emmanuel Umoh wins Mister Africa

Emmanuel Umoh, Mr Ideal Nigeria 2019, recently made history on December 8 when he became the first Nigerian to win the Mister Africa International title since its inception in 2011.

The event, which took place on Victoria Island, Lagos, saw Umoh, a 6’3 ft model from Akwa Ibom State, edged out over 40 contestants from other African countries.

Emmanuel Addoh, from Ghana, was the first runner-up while the representative of Cote’ D’ Ivoire the second runner-up

Other countries that won in past events are Tanzania, Rwanda, Sudan, Ghana, Angola and Sudan.
