Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Lagos State, Mrs. Uzamat Akinbile-Yussuf, has urged residents of the state, especially people in Alimosho Local Government Area, to emulate the virtues of Jesus Christ which symbolise selflessness, love and humility.

The commissioner gave the admonition in her Easter message released yesterday by her media office.
She noted that the Easter period presents an opportunity for the people to reinforce their service to God by rededicating themselves to humanity as admonished by Christ.
”This Easter celebration is a reminder of the kind of life that Jesus Christ lived and the thrust of his ministry which is love for mankind, selflessness and sacrifice,” she said.
