Former Presidential spokesman Doyin Okupe and his wife Aduralere have been discharged from an isolation centre. They were discharged early Tuesday.
Okupe was Special Assistant to former President Obasanjo (Media & Publicity) and Senior Special Assistant (Public Affairs) to former President Jonathan.

Okupe, who confirmed his discharge on his twitter handle @doyinokupe, thanked Governor Dapo Abiodun and medical personnel at the centre for their recoveries.
He tweeted: “On the 23rd of April, my wife Aduralere and I tested positive to COVID-19 virus. To the glory of God, we were discharged this (yesterday) morning after obtaining two negative reports.
“I thank Almighty God for His Mercies. I thank Governor Dapo Abiodun, the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Coker and staff of the centre.’’
