The Federal Government has evacuated another batch of 1,042 stranded Nigerians and four infants from China, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and other European countries.
This brings to over 10,000 persons evacuated by the Federal Government following the global lock-down.
The evacuation flights are expected in the country on Monday, 17th August 2020.
The ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed the latest evacuation exercise.

It was also revealed that many who failed to take the COVID-19 test were denied boarding the flights.
The breakdown of the evacuation showed that 270 from China, 114 Passengers are expected from Oman, 393 from Saudi Arabia and 265 from Turkey and other European countries.
The Turkey evacuees are mainly students from Cyprus.
