SERVICE was disrupted on Sunday at the Charismatic Renewal Ministries Inc, also Transformation Faith Centre, in Asaba, Delta State, when a morning fire engulfed the church building.
Worshippers scampered to safety but no life was lost.
A section of the church was damaged, with documents lost in the fire.
It was gathered it started from in a room where a phone left to charge caught fire.
The State Fire Service eventually brought the fire under control.
