Firm to reduce housing deficit

AS Wonder Homes and Properties, a subsidiary company under AS Wonder Ltd, has launched its estate’s project tagged: “Wonder Court Estate” at Oribanwo Awoyaya, Lagos.

According to its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Agbi Steven, the company was out to meet housing needs of Lagosians.

Agbi said he ventured into the business because he had faced accommodation challenges while growing up.

He added: “The estate would comprise 30 units with amenities like perimeter fencing and top recreational facilities. These properties cost between 18 million and 32 million.”
