International Restoration Crusade has concluded plans to stage lkenne 40 days Prayer and Fasting starting on the 11th of Noverber to 20th, December, 2020.
The Convener of the Crusade, Pastor Tosin Onayiga said this in a statement issued to The Nation recently in Ogun State.
Tagged l am Thy Salvation will hold across 10 churches in lkenne communities which will rounded off with OSUBA: The Worship Festival.
Onayiga said that lkenne community needs prayers and divine intervention for her to fulfil it’s destiny, stressing that no matter the tide facing the community, we are sure that God will intervene when his people pray to him in faith and I’m true repentance.
He noted that what the indigenes and residents thought that in terms of development has been taken away from them and its absolutely impossible for them have such opportunities, God is going to make it possible in Jesus name.
Onayiga noted that it is now time for God to deliver the land of lkenne from its captors and then make a way of escape for them, thereby putting laugher in their mouth, take away their sorrow and give the community gladness and songs of joy to sing.
He further said that Christians should cultivate the acts of praying for Nigeria
He called on the Ogun State Governor to give to Ikenne a tourism status, by elevating, Obafemi Awolowo and Tai Solarin houses Mayflower School and Uren River as Tourism sites in other to increase the greatness of the town.
He further asked Governor Abiodun to create cottage industries in Ikene to boast the tourism potentials of the town and to document through tourism, the work of Nigeria heroes past and present that comes from Ikenne.
