Lagos State Head of Service (HoS) Hakeem Muri-Okunola has urged permanent secretaries and chief executive officers of agencies to see their positions as trusts and responsibilities that come with high expectations.
He was hopeful that individually and collectively, they would justify the confidence reposed in them by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

The HOS, who spoke at the induction of the permanent secretaries, noted that as highly experienced senior public servants and accounting officers of agencies, providing leadership and direction for those agencies rest on their shoulders.
The induction was held through Zoom Webinar.
Muri-Okunola advised them to be proactive in discharging their duties, saying their principals and others look to them for advice and guidance on issues relating to the ministerial mandate of their agencies or parastatal organisations.
