The Chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government, Apostle Oloruntoba Oke, has launched the building of Aina Ajobo Road.
The 470mtrs long road, which led to the council headquarters, had been in a very bad state and successive administration abandoned it.
Oke said the project should be completed and inaugurated in the next three months.
He hailed the residents of Aina Ajobo for their patience and understanding over the years.
The Leader of the Legislative Arm of the local government and representative of Ward A, Abiodun Akinola, commended the initiatives of the chairman.
He appealed to the community to bear with the council for the inconveniences during the construction.
