J.K. Randle finally overcomes shock of father’s death, sues to grief no more

The was just 13 about 62 years ago when his father died at the age of 49. Since then, Bashorun J. K. Randle would not stop grieving. His father was the Late Chief J.K. Randle MBE, MVO, the Lisa of Lagos.

The Late Randle was a businessman, politician, philanthropist and an outstanding all round sportsman. So earlier in the week, the son, Bashorun J. K. Randle, who himself is an ex-President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and former Chairman of KPMG Nigeria and Africa, rolled out the red carpet to thank God in a memorial service for the celebrated life of his late father and to fete friends and well-wishers at Parkview Estate in Ikoyi, Lagos.

He also used the opportunity to call for special prayers for the abducted Chibok girls in the Northeast. At the event, Bashorun Randle declared that the news of his father’s death then was a rude shock.
