The Presidency has described the death of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru and 10 others as a very dark moment for Nigeria.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, said this during the funeral service for the late military officers and crew members held at the Nigerian Air Force Protestant Church (NAFPC), Headquarters, Sauka, Airport Road, Abuja.
