Delta Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and thousands of residents, including People’s Democratic Party (PDP) supporters have gathered at the DSC Roundabout, Effurun, Uvwie council area, for the ground-breaking ceremony of the much talked about N78 billion construction contract to Julius Berger.

The contract includes road expansion and improvement works between Effurun and DSC Roundabouts, PTI Junction Flyover, DSC Roundabout Flyover and Enerhen Junction/Marine Gate Flyover all within the Effurun/Warri metropolis, the commercial hub of the State.
