The two students of the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka kidnapped along the Oria-Abraka Road on Sunday night have regained freedom.
The duo, Divine Omajuwa and Husseina Hamza of Geology and Pharmacology Departments respectively, was reportedly abducted while on their way to school.
They were said to have been released on Tuesday midnight.
One of their friends, Stephen Odje, who was in their company, was shot dead in the attack.
The acting Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO DSP Bright Edafe confirmed their release, adding that no arrests have been made.
