The Lagos State House of Assembly has been described as a pathfinder amongst other Legislative houses in the country.
Secretary to the Lagos State House of Assembly Service Commission Ms Bose Lambo, said this during a 3-day workshop organised for staff of the assembly and commission at the Orchid Hotel, Lekki, Lagos.
Lambo, who represented the Clerk of the House at the workshop, stated that, the leadership of Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa was committed to enhancing human resources and intellectual capacity of its staff.
This, he said, will aid quality service delivery.
“Training is continuum and I therefore advise that you make this session a resounding success by participating actively. It is by so doing that you can maximise the learning,” Lambo advised.
She urged the participants to take advantage of the opportunity to develop and sharpen their skills and intellect.
The leadership of the assembly, he said, will continue to invest in staff development.
