LAGOS State Governor Babajide-Sanwo-Olu announced the discharge of 33 patients yesterday from state-run isolation facilities.
The patients – 26 males and seven females, including three Indians – were discharged after testing negative to COVID-19, the governor said.

He 21 of the patients were discharged from Onikan; nine from Eti-Osa (Land Mark), two from Lekki and one from Gbagada Isolation centres.
According to him, the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from Lagos Isolation facilities is now 908.
“As our front line health workers records successes in this battle against COVID-19, we urge citizens to adhere strictly to our public advisories and directives as this is the only way we can break the chain of transmission of the infection,” Sanwo-Olu said.
