Lagos State Printing Corporation has expanded its services, with the establishment of an annex office at Old Secretariat in Ikeja.
It is one of the corporation’s strategies to increase patronage for its printing services.
Commissioner for Information and Strategy Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, who opened the retail outlet, hailed the leadership of the corporation for its foresight.
He described the initiative as symbolic, stressing that the outlet would expand marketing and corporate branding of the corporation.
Omotoso said the outlet would make the services of the printing corporation more accessible, as distance would no longer be a factor for non-patronage.
“This initiative shows the forward-thinking ability of the Lagos State Printing Corporation. The general manager’s business prowess, agility and aggressiveness to have more customers is also very commendable,” he said.
The General Manager, Kola Peregrino, said the outlet was built out of the determination to extend qualitative services to Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDA’s).
He said services, such as procurement of gazette, printing of confidential files and other stationery items and publications could now be easily rendered at the outlet.
