Man needs N15m for kidney transplant

THIRTY-three-year-old Oyetade Oluwafunminiyi Alalade needs N15million for kidney transplant.

Alalade, who has been ill For the past two years, says he has been diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy, which has resulted in his two kidneys packing up, leaving him in urgent kidney transplant.

Tracing the history of his ailment, Alalade, a graduate of Bowen University, who spoke on the phone from his hospital bed said, “The whole thing started with tummy and back pain but aggravated in April last year and I have been going from one hospital to the other.

them to diagnose my real ailment. They first said it was ulcer; later, they diagnosed diabetes. In August, this year, I did a scan – I have done several scans by the way – and they discovered that my kidneys have packed up.

“I am using this opportunity to appeal to well-meaning Nigerians to come to my aid, as I am not able raise the huge sum.”
