TONY Adun Kabaka, whose hotel was demolished by Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki, has described the notice for him to pay N18 million as cost of demolition as ‘laughable’.
He said it was impossible for him to pay the N18 million for Obaseki’s “illegality and for refusing to support the governor’s re-election bid.”
The All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, through his lawyer, Leonard Osa-Uwagie, said the government’s position was not sustainable in law.
