Workers in the Nasarawa State public service will soon know concerning their entitlements on salary arrears and promotion.
Governor Abdullahi Sule made this known on Monday following the inauguration of a committee to look into the issues of the implementation of promotions and salary arrears in the state public service.
The governor charged the committee to confirm the beneficiaries of the salary arrears and the total amount, if any, even as it is also expected to look into the promotions in the State Public Service up-to 2017 and review the placement of the beneficiaries.
At the end of the three-week period within which it would carry out the review, the committee is directed to compute the total financial implication of the promotions following the proper placement of the beneficiaries.
