THE Director-General of Buhari Southeast Youth Movement (BUSEYM) and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State, Engr. Nwabueze Onwuneme, has commended the humanitarian gestures of Noella Foundation, led by Mr. Seyi Tinubu, for helping to feed some Lagosians during this COVID-19 lockdown.
In its thank you message to Tinubu and members of staff of Noella Group, BUSEYM expressed joy that the advertising guru, Tinubu, personally led his team to distribute meals and food items to some of the downtrodden in Lagos without discrimination based on ethnic, religious or political affiliations.
The group commended the precision and well laid out procedure of sharing of the palliatives personally supervised by Mr. Tinubu himself.
Onwuneme, in a letter, admonished Nigerians, most especially the youths, to emulate Tinubu whom he said is doing this great service on compassionate grounds while preserving the dignity of the recipients.
Like Tinubu and Noella Foundation, some good spirited individuals and corporate organisations in Nigeria and abroad have volunteered to assist in the task of feeding the less privileged Nigerians in this period of COVID-19 lockdown.
