Raising awareness against Human trafficking, Pastor Bennie Griffins has provided designer clothing and other welfare materials to over 50 indigent Nigerians at an event which held at the Radisson Blue Hotel in Ikeja GRA Lagos.
Pastor Bennie, as she is fondly called by many, has been impacting the lives of widows, single parents, unemployed youths and the special needs children in tremendous ways over the years, making her earn accolades from all and sundry.
As part of her zeal in bringing smiles to the faces of the needy in the Nigerian society, she freely provided designers clothing for about 50 people in the various groups as part of the annual dinner/awards awareness against Human Sex Trafficking.

Speaking about her motivation, she said: “To a lot of people, this might not have had any significance, but it is gratifying that the Dinner/Award experience left an indelible mark in the lives of these selected individuals tonight, thereby raising their hopes towards achieving a better life.
“So many of these women attended the dinner event amidst hopelessness but ended up leaving full of life and hope.
“Over the years, I have succeeded in continuously encouraging and improving the lives of women, and presently decided to commit to helping these women, lift their bowed heads to overcome their hurt and chart a new course through confidence-building in a way that encourages determination, doggedness, social integration and hope for a sustainable better life.”
On the part of the lucky attendees, it was a night of hope rekindled as their faces shone with bright laughter and smiles. One of the ladies, who simply identified herself as Aduke Abass specifically said: “I have no reason to die now because there is hope for tomorrow.”
Pastor Benny in her remark at the event noted that her soul is so lifted “and I only hope to have more opportunities to continually put smiles on the faces of challenged women, unemployed youths and less privileged children. So, help me God,” she summed.
