President Mohammadu Buhari with the Ministers during the Federal Executive Council Meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday.
The meeting is the first under the second term administration of President Buhari.
It started around 11am in the Council Chamber with rendition of the National anthem.
