Patrick Osagie Osakue, the former Deputy Governor of Lagos State branch of the Performing Musician Association of Nigeria has emerged the assistant scribe to the Association of Coastal and waterways communities in Nigeria (ACWCN).
The Afropop dancehall act, who is also known as P.Voo has been officially appointed the Assistant National Publicity/Media Secretary of ACWCN.
The appointment, according to P.Voo expressed happiness that he was not new to managerial duties, pledging to use his music as mode of communication in reaching out to the concerned communities which he had already concluded plans to tour 58 of them.
P.Voo also pledged to do his best in bridging the gap between the government and waterways communities in Nigeria through the much needed enlightenment program.
“These, I hope to do effectively through the media. I want to state here categorically that if I have to go out of my way to ensure that my job is done thoroughly, so as to achieve the golden aims and objectives for which ACWCN was created, I wouldn’t hesitate at all”, he assured.
