Worried by the deepening housing crisis in the country, a real estate firm, Perfection Real Estate, has devised new means of pooling resources that will ensure easy home ownership for its subscribers.
One strategy being adopted by the real estate firm, whose projects cut across major states in the country, is the creation of “the perfection real estate club”, an initiative aimed at addressing the economic and housing needs of Nigerians through collaborations, networking and synergy. It uses real estate investment as the main vehicle towards attaining financial freedom and ensuring a home for each of its members.
Similarly, through the “Perfection real estate investment co-operative society,” an independent membership-based real estate club, the firm creates opportunities for wealth generation through real estate investment for the benefits of its members.
It was, therefore, instructive when penultimate week the firm handed over two bedroom apartments to some of its investors in Osoroko, Ibeju-Lekki Lagos. The Onisoroko of Osoroko Kingdom, His Royal Highness Oba Olusegun Oyiri 1, supported by the management of Perfection Real Estate Company and its President, Mr. Niyi Adeleye; CEO of Alliance in motion, Mr. Emmanuel Akpako and the management of the Titan Group, handed over keys to some of Perfection real estate investment co-operative society subscribers who had invested N38, 000 in the project.
One of the beneficiaries of the two bedroom apartments, Daniel Apata, was overwhelmed with excitement. Apata, who recently joined the investment network, said his financial intelligence was the motivation for him to join the network.
“I know the five ways rich people generate passive income. One of them that keep everybody on the same level playing ground is network marketing. I have done a few. So, when I heard of this one which is in the real estate, I thought to myself this ought to fly because of the housing deficit in Nigeria.
“A friend who had benefited from this introduced it to my wife and I. I keyed into it and in less than 12 weeks one of our team members, I and my wife qualified for the two bedroom apartments,” Apata said.
A Director of Perfection Real Estate Group, Olusegun Oludayo, an Engineer, said anybody who is able to invest in the initiative will not only get huge return on investment but will also stand a chance of winning a home like the three first set of winners. He further said presentation of homes to beneficiaries will be done at three to six months interval.
The company has four different estate developments within the Ibeju Lekki axis, namely: Perfection Co-operative Estate 1; Perfection Co-operate Estate 2; Perfection Co-operative Estate 3, and Perfection Co-operative Estate 4.
Development has started at the Perfection Co-operative 1 Estate, and there are over seven new developments springing up in various locations currently.
Upon completion, the 25-hectare estate will provide accommodation for over 1,000 families. Some of the facilities in the estate include street lighting, shopping malls, treated central sewage system, schools recreational centres and so on. The structures include 1,2,3,4 bedroom apartment buildings; two bedroom terrace buildings; semi-detached three bedroom apartments; two bedroom terrace duplex and three bedroom terrace buildings.
