Reasoning along with Moses

DANIEL Moses is the author of a new book titled “You Don’t Need Money To Be Rich”. Happily, he goes down memory lane to talk about the message and inspiration behind the book. “ I feel so fulfilled presenting this book to the public. It actually took me 10 years to write this debut book after much research.

“I want my book to help this generation because they lack something that they already have in their possession. I have what it takes to inspire a lot of my readers because I don’t only teach knowledge but also educate readers from life’s experiences”.

Daniel goes on to explain that: “I can say a lot of people are doing things, the right thing with the wrong mindset and they are doing the right thing with the wrong mindset.

For the past 10 years, I tried everything I could do to put my ideas in a book, and because they worked for me and it has worked for others.

Inspiration, he explained comes from the things happening around him. The author also reveals that the best time he finds it convenient to write is early or late in the night when there are less distractions and he’s able to concentrate more.

” When I wake up in the morning, am refreshed and ideas come naturally for me and I would write them down on paper, so that I don’t forget. Initially, I never had any idea that I am going to write a book’.

Going down memory lane, Daniel disclosed most of my friends thought, “ I was crazy because when they tell me that they are going to attend a party and I usually tell them that I want to stay back to read. And when they come back late in the night, they will still find me reading. They would tell me that, I missed a lot but I would tell them that I didn’t miss anything rather I gained a lot from reading and writing.

Reading books, Daniel stressed has changed his life and he is no longer the same person again.” My story is that I have been into the automobile business and I have been doing a lot of other things that has nothing to do with my destiny and purpose. Somehow, I realized that when I make money, I need something to inspire me and go after. It was that point that I realized that there was something missing inside of me. So I kept asking myself different questions and if life was all about money. That was how I now realised that something was really missing and begun to find my purpose. I was doing the right thing with the wrong mentality. So, I began to look inwards, and this took me to my purpose and I discovered my purpose. For instance, an individual can be a lawyer and the purpose of why you are living, may just be something else like being a doctor. So, even though, you’re making money through law, you may not be fulfilled. If you’re supposed to be a lawyer or an engineer but you are into another profession, do you think you’ll be happy or fulfilled”, he asked rhetorically.

Daniel is therefore committed to building positive values and continuously seeking new ideas and opportunities to support business leaders, entrepreneurs and change makers in Africa and has tried to identify the different opportunities available for them to explore their potentials for optimum activity.
