IN a bid to inspire and empower the youths, organisers of ‘Recall for Men’, an annual conference, has hosted 10 lucky winners to music/entertainment masterclass.
The masterclass which held last Saturday at Landmark Tower, Victoria Island, Lagos, started with constructive and interactive sessions where attendees seek music business advice from the expert.
In attendance were upcoming singers, producers and writers which include Femi Bamikefa, Ogbida Emmanuel, Ajao Olaitan Ganiu and Awosusi Omowaare among others.
According to the host, Yetunde Bankole-Bernard the masterclass focus on identifying engagement platforms as well as critical insight about how to excel in certain industries analytical knowledge will be disseminated to encourage boldness of conception and execution while monetising skills, talents or ideas and creating productivity platforms.
The class was facilitated by the General Manager of Universal Music Nigeria, Ezegozie Eze Jr., who used his vast knowledge of music and entertainment to charge the student.
Eze offered a range of tips on creative, marketing and promotional resources that will accelerate their careers. He identified networking, branding, promotions and knowledge as the key to musical success.
Eze has previously held roles at Channel O Television, Empire Mates Entertainment with Banky W and WizKid and was a founder of Pan-African creative companies, Republic 54, Alore Group, and Duma Collective.
