SIR: If I say I am not among the shocked Nigerians to hear that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to sanction shareholders that refused to collect their dividend warrants, I would be a liar, which I am not.
Since 2015, FBNHOLDINGS have not sent me any dividend warrants for my shares in FBN HOLDINGS. So, before the SEC starts sanctioning shareholders, they should first see to it that all my dividend warrants from 2015 to 2021 are paid into my account because I have filled the e-dividend form and sent it to them.
