  • Amosun has done well for himself, Ogun -Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari on Saturday inaugurated several projects in Ogun State, saying Governor Ibikunle Amosun had done well for himself and the state. Buhari added that given the level projects executed in the state by the governor, it showed that he planned his exit from government. The President inaugurated the Ogun State Television (OGTV) ultramodern studio, the 250-bed multi-specialty tertiary Hospital at Oke-Mosan ; Adire Mall; Judicial Complex and  the 10,000-seater capacity Amphitheatre of the Abeokuta City Centre  – all in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.

Buhari who arrived Abeokuta in a presidential chopper marked NAF 540, touched down at Archade Ground, State Secretariat, Oke – Mosan at 10:18am and was received by the quartet of Amosun, Governors Akinwunmi Ambode (Lagos); Kayode Fayemi( Ekiti) and Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo). He described the projects otherwise called legacy projects as “first class,” and hailed Amosun for his performance in office.

“I think he has prepared for this Governorship seat, he prepared himself for it, he has put infrastructure that will last. I congratulate you for having the foresight and saving enough resources to make sure that your footprint remains permanent, very clever person. Thank you very much. The infrastructure you took me through, the flyovers, the hospital and this complex [Judicial Complex], they are first class. I think you have done well for yourself and Ogun State,” Buhari remarked.

He also congratulated Amosun on his election into the Senate, describing the Senate as an impartial arm of the government and expressed the confidence that he would get a full support from Amosun in the Senate. Dignitaries at the inauguration of some of the projects included the Minister of Health, Prof Isaac Adewole; the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo; former legal Adviser of All Progressives Congress, Muiz Banire and some traditional rulers in the state.

In his remarks, out-going Governor said the new 15-courtroom Judicial Complex would serve as the base or headquarters for the state High Court, replacing the existing High Court Complex in Isabo which is over forty years old. The Governor said the complex was designed to cater for both official functions and other contemporary needs of everyone working in the complex.

He said: “There are adequate spaces for a clinic, restaurants, creche, drivers’ pool, warehouses and workshops. For us and for the good people of Ogun State, a great journey of eight years will come to an end at midnight of Tuesday 28th May, 2019. Even as we prepare to bow out of office, our desire to continue to contribute our quota to the socio-economic development of our dear State remains undiluted.”

  • I attracted 423 mega industries, grows IGR to N7b, says Amosun

    •Governor hailed self

OGUN State Governor Ibikunle Amosun said yesterday that his administration attracted 423 mega industries and over 1,000 medium and small-scale industries in the last eight years.

Amosun added that on assumption of office in 2011, he met state Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) of N700 million monthly and nurtured it to N7 billion monthly.

The governor spoke at the official launch of Ogun State Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency (OgunInvest) at the Mitros Hotel and Residences, Abeokuta, the state capital.

According to Amosun, the feat he achieved catapulted the state out of the economic abyss to number two in terms of revenue generation and number five in the ease of doing business index in Nigeria.

The governor, who was represented at the launch by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) Taiwo Adeoluwa, said his government also tackled all the issues that hitherto turned Ogun State into a “pariah state” in terms of economic growth.

He said OgunInvest would serve as a one-stop shop for would-be investors and also serves as an interface between the government and the investors.

According to him, the agency would ensure sustainability of his administration’s economic policies and programmes to place the state on a path of rapid and steady socioe-conomic growth.

He noted that though the agency was established by Executive Order to facilitate net worth investment and small businesses, his administration had forwarded an executive bill to the House of Assembly for the agency to be backed by extant law to ensure continuity and sustainability.

Also, the consultant to the state government on OgunInvest, Fehintola Odulaja, expressed the confidence that the economic project would ensure wholesome development of Ogun through series of incentives directed at wooing more investors.

  • Amosun doesn’t like Ijebu, says Awujale

The paramount ruler of Ijebuland and the Awujale of Ijebu-Ode, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona, has said that Ogun State governor, Ibikunle Amosun, doesn’t like Ijebu people.

The monarch said although “Amosun is my friend and very close to me, he doesn’t like my people. If you like me and you hate my subjects, it means you don’t like me as well,” said the monarch, drawing ovation from the audience.

The first class traditional ruler bared his mind on Amosun at the third annual professorial chair lecture, held in Ijebu-Ode, yesterday. There, Adetona donated the professorial chair in governance to the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago -Iwoye,  Ogun State.

The theme of this year’s lecture is: “Grassroot Governance: The soft underbelly of Nigeria’s Political Architecture.”

Amosun was absent but was represented by his deputy, Yetunde Onanuga. The dignitaries present included the Ogun State governor-elect, Dapo Abiodun, former Governors Olusegun Osoba and Gbenga Daniel, and the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, among others.

The lecture was part of the activities lined up for the 85th birthday celebration of Oba Adetona.

He thanked Osoba for his persistent efforts towards uniting the Ijebu and the Egba, seeking the support of the latter in the administration of the state.

The lecturer, Professor Ayo Olukotun, observed that local governments have failed in their responsibilities to the people .

Olukotun, who is also the occupant of Oba Adetona professorial chair said our local governments don’t perform. “What are the output of our local governments. In other climes, local governments build houses,  roads and other infrastructure that impact positively on the standard of living of the people.

“We have serious governance deficit in this country and unfortunately our politicians are not talking about them rather they are jostling for 2023.

“The way the local governments were created made it possible for people who lack respect of the indigenes to emerge as leaders .”

Olukotun said local governments are as good as dead. According to him, the errand boys of political godfathers are in charge of local governments, adding that many of them don’t live in the council area. What we have are absentee chairmen and councillors, he stated.

To bridge the gap of under development at the grassroots, the lecturer called for a new local government system. We need to review the constitution and we should build government around the people.

A former presidential candidate, Prof Kingsley Moghalu said the local government should be scrapped. He suggested that there should be two-tier of governments: federal and state.

Another discussant, Prof Remi Sonaiya, observed that the concentration of powers at the centre is the major problem of governance in this country.

Sonaiya called for creation of awareness at the grassroots and the education of people on their civic responsibilities. According to her, the electorate should start demanding accountability from elected leaders.

  • APC warns against Amosun’s last -minute transactions

Ogun state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday advised the public against engaging in last minute transactions with the out – going administration, warning that the incoming government would review any of such transactions.

In a statement by the Publicity Secretary of the Caretaker Committee of APC in the state, Tunde Oladunjoye, it alleged Governor Ibikunle Amosun- led administration has engaged in last- minute awards of contracts, withdrawals from treasury, sales of land and illegal recruitment of Senator Amosun’s cronies into senior positions of the Ogun State Civil Service, ostensibly to tie the hands of its successor.

APC noted such reported transactions are shocking and warned members the general public such hurried deals would not necessarily be binding on the incoming administration.

The party stated: “It has come to our notice that the outgoing administration of His Excellency Senator Ibikunle Amosun, is busy with last minute awards of contracts, selling and auctioning of government properties, and secret recruitments into the civil service in a way to tie the hands of the incoming Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

“While we find these reported last-minute awards of contracts, withdrawals from treasury, sales of land and illegal recruitment of Senator Amosun’s cronies into senior positions of the Ogun State Civil Service, very shocking, our party wishes to warn the members of the general public that such hurried transactions would not necessarily be binding on the incoming administration.

“We urge Ogun State’s top senior civil servants not to be part of the desperate moves of the departing Governor to undermine socio-economic stability of our State, by engaging in, condoning or being part of any act that breaches or constitute a flagrant abuse of laid-down rules, regulations and due process.

“It is our belief that an administration with less than two months to handover, should, by now, be preparing its handover notes for a smooth transition instead of digging pits for the incoming government.

“May we also reiterate here that all loans, overdraft and financial obligations that do not follow due process, including the approval of the Ogun State House of Assembly, would not be honoured. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.”

On Friday, the state government approved appointment of Professor Akinwale Coker, a professor of Civil Engineering as the pioneer Vice-Chancellor of the newly established Moshood Abiola University of Science and Technology (MAUSTECH), Abeokuta as part of measures for its take off.

The university was established in accordance with Section 8 of the Moshood Abiola University of Science and Technology Law, 2017.

The government also approved the constitution of a Governing Council for the institution with Mr. Oye Hassan Odukale as Pro Chancellor/Chairman.

Other members of the Council are Mrs. Bunmi Oke, Prof. John Oluranti Olajide, Chief Wale Taiwo SAN, Mr. Oladeji Oluwadiya, Bldr. Dapo Adesega, Arc. Ibukun Sonola, Ms. Amina Oyagbola and Engr. Segun Adeleye.

The tenure of the Council Chairman and members shall be four years in the first instance while that of the Vice-Chancellor shall be a single term of five years, according to a release by the Secretary to the state government, Mr. Taiwo Adeoluwa.

Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor on Information and Strategy, Rotimi Durojaiye, demanded for details of the contracts and people recruited.

“Can I have the list of contracts awarded, the names of people recruited into the civil service of the state and other information that may assist me, please? Thank you,” he stated.

But when reminded Amosun has just approved the appointment of a Vice – Chancellor and Governing Council for MAUSTECH, Durojaiye stated: “Council members are not government employees, they only receive allowances.”

  • Ogun APC to banks: don’t approve Amosun’s loan requests

The Ogun State Chapter of All Progressives Congress ( APC ) has warned banks and other financial institutions not to yield to threats and pressures from the out – going Governor Ibikunle Amosun to obtain last-minute loans, overdrafts and other financial instruments barely two months to the end of his tenure.

In a statement issued in Abeokuta on Monday by its publicity secretary, Tunde Oladunjoye, the party warned that any institution that grants such requests “does so at its own risk”.

The press statement reads: “It has come to our notice that the outgoing governor has been exerting pressures on banks and financial institutions to grant frivolous loans, overdrafts and other instruments immediately Prince Dapo Abiodun was declared Governor-Elect.”

“We are equally aware that files and other sensitive governments’ documents are being moved out of government offices on the order of the outgoing Governor, His Excellency, Senator Ibikunle Amosun.”

“It is therefore important to let it be known to the concerned public officers that it is part of their duties to protect public properties, including files, documents and information at their disposal.

“As anything contrary to this will be running foul of the laws and their oath of office. The allegiance of the civil servants is to Ogun State and not to any individual, no matter who.

“As for the banks, we want to state categorically that the incoming administration believes so much in the rule of law and due process. Therefore, the administration will not honour any obligation that did not follow due process or any loans that did not receive the prior approval of the State House of Assembly.

“According to the Federal Bureau of Statistics, Ogun State’s Internally Generated Revenue has increased by 590 per cent in eight years totaling N74, 835, 979, 000.51 (seventy four billion, eight hundred and thirty five million, nine hundred seventy nine thousand naira and fifty one kobo).

“Why the outgoing administration still wants “injury-time” loans despite those already incurred, beats one’s imagination and leaves much to be desired. The incoming administration will not honour such shady loans.”

  • Gambari’s group to Amosun, others: give peace chance in Ogun

THE Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy and Development (SCDDD) being coordinated by Nigeria’s former Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Prof. Ibrahim Gambari,  has called on Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun and other stakeholders to “give peace a chance” before, during and after Saturday’s governorship election.

Members of SCDDD’s Council of The Wise, which were in the state for interactions with Amosun and other stakeholders ahead of the Saturday election, also advised the governor, opposition political parties and candidates standing for elections to “play the game by the rules”.

The group noted that Ogun State was one of the states, including Kaduna and Imo states, considered peculiar state in respect of the gubernatorial election, hence their coming to appeal for violence-free poll on Saturday.

Reading SCDDD’s paper for the media, which was signed by the body’s Executive Director, Ambassador Abdullahi Omaki, on behalf of the team which included ex-NTA broadcaster, Eugenia Abu, after separate interactions with stakeholders in the state, Prof. Oshita Oshita advised voters to be vigilant and ensure that their votes count.

Oshita also called on the security agencies and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to be impartial, transparent and patriotic in their conducts regarding the governorship and state House of Assembly elections.

The government was advised to insulate the political and electoral processes from undue militarisation.

He said: “The council members’ interactive visit to Ogun State, in tandem with this philosophy, is to meet with critical stakeholders namely, the governor and ruling party in the state, the opposition parties and some candidates for elections.”

  • Workers boo, shame Amosun over hostile policies

Angry workers in their thousands repeatedly booed Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun, calling him names on Tuesday for alleged hostile disposition towards their colleagues in the state.

Amosun, who hurriedly adjourned his meeting with the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Com. Ayuba Wabba and other affiliate unions, rushed out of the Governor’s Office on being notified the irate workers had already hit the road and were advancing speedily to storm Oke – Mosan.

But his escape was not quick enough as the workers, who had taken over the IBB Boulevard leading to the Oke – Mosan Governor’s Office sighted him as he drives himself away in a black jeep and began to boo him, calling him many names.

The urged Wabba and other NLC leaders negotiating with the Governor on behalf of the aggrieved workers to be tactful and apply utmost wisdom, alleging that Amosun is accustomed to reneging on his promises to workers.

Wabba, who also left the meeting with the Governor to calm the workers and halt their advancement to Oke – Mosan, said they were already in a dialogue with respect to four fundamental issues affecting state workers and that a commitment had been obtained from the Amosun he would address those issues.

The NLC leadership added that one of the four issues is the call for reinstatement of the state NLC Chairman, Akeem Ambali, whom he sacked over a year ago.

He announced Ambali has been reinstated by the Governor, assuring that their presence in the state is not politically motivated.

According to him, before the close of the day, NLC would sign an agreement with the state government regarding its commitment to address the issues of unremitted salary deduction, contributory pension funds, unpaid salaries and allowances of staff of Tai Solarin College of Education, Omu – Ijebu among others.

Earlier, Wabba lamented the litany of anti – workers decisions of Amosun – led administration in the state, citing the sack of NLC Chairman, Com. Akeem Ambali, and “unremitted deduction of over 105 months” as examples of hostile workers policies.

According to the NLC leadership, no other state in Nigeria has such unprecedented record of either sacking union leader or having over 105 months of accumulated unremitted deductions.

Wabba, who was particularly appalled by the “very pathetic” situation of workers at the Tai Solarin College of Education, said some of them at the institutions have not earned salaries for the past eight years, lamenting their salaries have accumulated to the tune of over N4b (four billion naira).

He revealed some of the workers of Tai Solarin College of Education being owed by state government have died, stressing that Amosun – led administration worsened the plights of the workers by proscribing their union.

“The is the issue of statutory deductions, deductions of pension, deductions of unions dues, deductions of cooperatives, all statutory deductions which are part of the worker salaries.

“The law is that you must deduct and remit to the appropriate quarters, these deductions have not been remitted for over 105 months, and no state in Nigeria that has such situation.

  • Three days after suspension, Amosun meets Buhari

TWO days after his suspension was announced by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun was at the State House in Abuja yesterday.

He was at the Presidential Villa for private talks with President Muhammadu Buhari.

Amosun, who won the Ogun Central Senatorial District seat for the ruling APC on February 23, was on Friday suspended by the APC for alleged anti-party activities.

He was suspended alongside his Imo State counterpart Rochas Okorocha, who also won the Imo West Senate slot for the ruling party.

Amosun was accused of backing the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) governorship candidate, Adekunle Akinlade. Okorocha is supporting Action Alliance (AA) governorship candidate Uche Nwosu.

But yesterday’s meeting between the President and Amosun was behind closed door. It was, however, learnt that it may not be unconnected with the latest development, especially the governor’s suspension.

Apart from campaigning for the re-election of President Buhari, Amosun has been expressing his preference for the APM candidate against his party’s flagbearer in the governorship race, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

Akinlade, before moving to the APM, was governorship aspirant on the APC platform. He lost the ticket to Abiodun.

Announcing the suspension, APC National Publicity Secretary, Lanre Issa-Onilu, alleged that the suspended governors constituted themselves as opposition to APC candidates.

The party’s spokesman said the affected chieftains had earlier been warned to withdraw their support for rival parties’ candidates in the rescheduled March 9 governorship election.

  • NLC set for confrontation with Amosun over ‘anti workers policies’

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC)  is poised for  a head on collusion with   Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State  over what it describes as the governor’s penchant for anti-workers’ policies.

Labour vowed late Friday to hold the governor responsible for any harm done to any worker during its planned protest in the state.

The protest is scheduled for Tuesday, according to NLC President Ayuba Wabba.

The NLC asked President Muhammadu Buhari to keep off Amosun whom it accused of being unrepentantly arrogant, unnecessarily difficult, and totally unreliable.

Going into the specifics of the governor’s offences, labour accused him of failing to remit statutory deductions from workers’ salaries for over eight years and failing to honour promises to address workers’ demands.

Wabba said the agreement signed by the governor to use the last tranche of the Paris Club refunds to clear arrears of indebtedness to workers, was also not fulfilled by the governor.

He said: “The leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has taken cognizance of a statement credited to the Governor of Ogun State, Ibikunle Amosun, where he threatened to disgrace the leadership of the Nigeria Labour Congress if the Congress insists on embarking on a protest scheduled for Tuesday March 5, 2019 in Ogun State.

“The Nigeria Labour Congress has taken note of the threat by Governor Ibikunle Amosun, but we want to assure him that his threats will not deter us from defending the interest of workers in Ogun State whose rights he has been trampling upon especially on.”

The governor, congress said, has “failed to remit statutory deductions from workers’ salaries for pensions, cooperatives Ileya, Christmas etc. over a period of 105 months,” and refused to ” pay workers at the Tai Solarin College of Education salary arrears that have  accumulated for the past ten years and now gross to a financial liability of about N9 billion.”

He added: “to make matters worse, Governor Amosun sacked the Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress from his employment for standing firm in the defence of the rights of workers in Ogun State.

“The issues we have highlighted are too grievous to be swept under the carpet. Therefore, the decision of the 12th National Delegates Conference of the NLC to confront and engage Governor Amosun will be carried out to the letter on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.”

Wabba said the Congress was “not unmindful of the fact that even Amosun’s party has complained of his penchant to violently disgrace other spheres of leadership outside his control and sometimes beyond him. We are not unmindful of the fact that Governor Amosun’s hostility to Nigerian workers is primarily a transfer of aggression.

“Our confidence stems from the protection and guarantees provided by Section 40 of the 1999 Nigerian Constitution which gives workers and indeed all Nigerians the freedom to peacefully assembly and protest. All that the law requires us to do is to inform the Police and relevant security agencies.

“This we have done. We are ready to peacefully protest the grievous mistreatment by our workers in the hands of Governor Ibikunle Amosun on 5th March 2019.

“It is unfortunate that as a sitting Governor and a former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Governor Ibikunle Amosun shows no respect for the rule of law and could descend into the dunghill of violent utterances in order to cow workers. We want to warn Governor Amosun that we will hold him personally responsible for any harm that comes to any worker during our protest on March 5, 2019.

“We want to remind Governor Amosun that he has already trampled workers on the ground and those who are down need fear no fall. We wish to alert our security agencies to Governor Amosun’s resort to violent threats. We assure him that his immunity cover will soon be removed and he must be ready to answer for his crimes against workers. The NLC can assure Ibikunle Amosun that we will continue to engage him even after he would have been sworn in as a Senator in Abuja.”

  • APC suspends Amosun, Okorocha, others for anti-party activities

The All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday wielded the big stick, suspending two governors and a minister, and querying another governor for alleged anti-party activities. Rising from a meeting of its National Working Committee (NWC) presided over by the National Chairman, Comrade Adams Ohiomhole, the party announced the suspension of Imo State governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, and his Ogun State counterpart, Senator Ibikunle Amosun. It also issued a query to Ondo State governor, Rotimi Akeredolu.

National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mallam Lanre Issa Onilu, said in a statement after the meeting that the Minister for Niger Delta Affairs, Usani Uguru Usani, and the Director General of the Voice of Nigeria (VON), Osita Okechukwu, had been suspended for anti-party activities. Although no reason was given for their suspension, both Okorocha and Amosun has been having running battles with the party since the party primaries when their preferred candidates failed to secure the party’s tickets as governorship candidates of Imo and Ogun states.

While Okorocha is sponsoring his son in-law, Ogumba Uche Nwosu, as the governorship candidate for Action Alliance (AA) and has been campaigning for him vigorously, Amosun has been working for the candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Adekunle Akinlade, and has vowed to continue to campaign for him. The Imo State chapter of the APC had already suspended Governor Okorocha and recommended his expulsion to the national body of the party. The two governors, who were absent at the recent caucus meeting of the party, won seats in the just concluded National Assembly election to represent the APC in the 9th Senate.

Akeredolu has been accused by various interest groups within the APC in Ondo State of working for the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the Presidential election, leading to Atiku winning the state controlled by APC. The governor has however denied the allegations. It was, however, not clear why Usani and Okechukwu were suspended, but the former’s suspension may not be unconnected with his legal battle to wrest the governorship ticket of the party in Cross River State from the candidate, Senator John Owa Enoh. While the lower court declared the Minister as the APC governorship candidate for next Saturday’s governorship election, the Court of Appeal in Calabar ordered a stay of execution of the judgment, pending the determination of the appeal.

Onilu said in the statement that the National Working Committee has also decided to recommend the expulsion of the suspended individuals to the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party which has the power to expel any member. He said the query issued to the Ondo State governor was impelled by his alleged “glaring anti-party activities, which greatly affected the fortunes of our candidates in the recently conducted presidential and National Assembly elections in the state. Onilu said: “Recall that the NWC had earlier written to the suspended governors on their anti-party activities, and several other steps were taken to ensure that they desisted from taking actions that were inimical to the interests of our party and candidates. Notably, these individuals have not shown any remorse and have actually stepped up their actions.

“The party reviewed the serial anti-party activities of the concerned individuals before and during the last presidential and National Assembly elections in their respective states and resolved to enforce party discipline in line with our constitution. “The NWC noted how the suspended members have continued to campaign openly for other parties and candidates that are unknown to our great party, even while they have constituted themselves into opposition to APC candidates in their respective states. “Importantly, the NWC is closely monitoring the activities of our members across the country, and particularly, in the states these suspended members belong to.

“We wish to reiterate that any member of our party who takes any action solely or in line with the directives of the suspended members to undermine our party’s candidates in the coming governorship and House of Assembly elections would face disciplinary actions. “Consequently, the NWC calls on our members to disregard directives and actions of the suspended individuals and work assiduously to ensure the election of ALL and ONLY APC candidates in the forthcoming governorship and state assembly elections.” Reacting to his suspension, the Director General of the Voice of Nigeria said the decision was yet to be communicated to him, describing it as an attempt by some people within the party to sideline their enemies in this season of contestation. He said: “One has not gotten a letter of suspension from my great party. If actually a press statement was issued, it may not be unconnected with those who want to sideline their enemies in this season of contestation. “Remember that Femi Adesina, spokesman for Mr President, had opened window for gruesome struggle.

“Otherwise, one had taken time and resources to campaign vigorously for my great party and even set up the Zikist-BuharistMovement (ZBM), an offshoot of Buhari Support Organisation (BSO) of which I am a foundation member. “It is on record that with ZBM, we toured the nooks and crannies of Enugu and indeed the South East, canvassing for votes for our great party. “I am also instrumental to the most consistent advert placed in several media in the South East on behalf of our great party. “Accordingly, one should not be blamed for the triumph of Bigotry in Enugu State and South East in general.

“Our comrade chairman should not blame me for hoisting some unpopular National Assembly candidates for the APC in our zone. “For I am at a loss how one contributed to the failure of his darling candidate, Mrs Juliet Ibekaku Nwagu in Egede, her home town, and Udi local government, her primary local council in the five that make up the senatorial district. “Suffice it to say that one will give detailed reply when I’m officially written.”
