  • Crack in NANS over Jonathan, Buhari

Crack in NANS over Jonathan, Buhari

Students may not line up behind a common candidate during Saturday’s presidential election. Why? The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) appears divided over who to support between  President Goodluck Jonathan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Gen. Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports TEMITOPE YAKUBU (ND II Quantity Surveying, Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti).

There seems to be a crack in the National Association of Nigerian Students’ (NANS) as candidates in the forthcoming elections canvass for students’ support through their umbrella body.

CAMPUSLIFE gathered that NANS Vice President for External Affairs Comrade Tosin Ogunkuade’s critcism of President Goodluck Jonathan has pitched him against some members of NANS parliament.

At its 70th sitting at the Benue State University (BSU) last Saturday, some members of the legislative arm led by Odoh Ochai claimed to have impeached Ogunkuade, a student of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), for what they called insubordination and political jobbery.

Comrade Musbau Esihinrogun, a student of Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARA POLY), was said to have been sworn in to replace Ogunkuade.

Ochai, who is allegedly being used by the a Special Assistant in the presidency to destabilise the students’ body, also accused Ogunkuade of dragging NANS into a “murky political environment”, which, he said, is against the association’s rules. The Senate President condemned Ogunkuade’s supposed leaning toward the All Progressives Congress (APC) – the leading opposition party.

Ochai accused Ogunkuade of being absent from NANS executive activities, leaving his official task to participate in politics.

He said: “We have noticed that some members of the NANS executive led by Tosin Ogunkuade have been trying to factionalise the body for their political benefit. They have tried to create some factional executives to perpetrate their anti-student evil. This is high level indiscipline and insubordination, a misrepresentation, neglecting constitutional duties for political jobbery.”

Reacting to his purported impeachment, Ogunkuade said he remained the Vice President for External Affairs, stressing that he could not be impeached at a “Kangaroo sitting”. All NANS senators, he said, were with him in Lagos for an event at the time he was purportedly impeached.

He said: “NANS members from Zone A have issued a statement that they were not aware of any Senate meeting held on Saturday. Some people cannot just wake up one day and say they have impeached a national officer without recourse to due process and parliamentary procedures.”

Ogunkuade said those against him were acting the script of their paymasters, who he did not mention. He accused an aide of President Jonathan of using subtle means to divide the association, because, according to him, the president could not get a definite endorsement from the NANS leadership.

Ogunkuade said NANS’ agitations and activities were in tune with students’ interest, adding that the body would support candidates whose programmes would raise the hope of students and engender the overhauling of the falling education standard.

Speaking to CAMPUSLIFE on telephone, NANS president Usman Tijani, a student of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), said he was not aware of Ogunkuade’s impeachment, adding that there is no crisis in the body.

He said: “There is no rancour in NANS; we remain one united entity as we said when we came on board last November.

If there is any crisis, we will discuss it at the Senate where all Students’ Union Government presidents in all schools will be present. But, I am not aware of any impeachment and Ogunkuade remains the Vice President for External Affairs.”

A member of Senate from the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA), Igwe Ude Umanta, said the meeting that purportedly impeached Ogunkuade was hurriedly arranged for political vendetta. He said: “I still want to believe that the rumour that Ogunkuade has been impeached for supporting a candidate of his choice in the coming presidential election is untrue. Apart from the fact that it amounts to a waste of effort if there was any meeting, it also smacks of unnecessary desperation and official rascality. This is  plain political vendetta against an official, who has rights to support any candidate of his choice in a general election.”

Umanta advised Ochai to desist from being used by politicians to factionalise the NANS leadership for their benefit.

A member, Muhammed Liman of the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) in Katsina, accused Tijani of working against the association’s interest, noting that the NANS president was secretly in support of the travail of his deputy.

Liman said Tijani should have openly disassociated himself from the purported impeachment.

He advised the NANS president to avoid crisis during his tenure.

But a member, who did not want his name mentioned, accused Ogunkuade of working against NANS’ constitution.

He said: “It is nowhere in  NANS’ constitution stated that the Vice President for External Affairs should act as spokesman for the association. He should be sanctioned for his political utterances these days.”

Elections: Court adjourns anti-Buhari suits to April 22

    • Refuses to join new parties
Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court, Abuja has adjourned further proceedings in all suits relating to the challenge of the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), General Mohammadu Buhari’s alleged certificate irregularities to April 22 and 23.
There are four of such cases before the judge.
He said it was impossible for the court to conclude the case before the elections and that there was no need for the court to be in haste to determine the case, because it could always do so after the elections.
He further said his decision to adjourn to April was because of the approaching Easter Vacation of the court.
Justice Ademola said this shortly after delivering a ruling in the suit by Chukwuweike Okafor and another against Buhari and two others (one of the four cases).
The judge, in the ruling, dismissed the applications by a Lagos-based lawyer, Ebun-olu Adegboruwa and Chukwuma Ochu to be made parties in the case. The judge said they are not necessary parties in the case.
While rounding off the ruling, Justice Ademola suo motu (without any prompting by parties) adjourned further proceedings to April 22 and 23.

Buhari to youths: don’t carry arms

ALL Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Gen. Muhammadu Buhari yesterday took his non-violence campaign a notch higher by calling on youths not to take arms to the polling units on Saturday.

He spoke at the IBB Square in Bauchi, the Bauchi State capital, during the Northeast zonal rally.

The Northeast is the epicentre of the Boko Haram insurgency.

Gen. Buhari, accompanied by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Governors Kashim Shettima (Borno), Ibrahim Gaidam (Yobe) and the APC governorship candidates in Bauchi and Gombe states, was received by a huge crowd.

Urging his supporters to be law abiding, the presidential candidate said: “I was overwhelmed by the large turnout of youths that came out to welcome me from the airport throughout the town to this venue. I want to tell you that those of you that are of voting age and have voter cards should come out on Saturday and vote for the APC from bottom to top.

“I want to also tell you not to carry arms on the day of elections. Go out peacefully and cast your vote and be calm. I say this because the ruling party is looking for excuses not to conduct the elections, so you should not give them the opportunity to do so,” he advised.

He also decried the level of underdevelopment in the country, which he promised to reverse if elected.

Ex-VP Abubakar who was the chief host of the rally, urged Gen. Buhari to bring the Northeast out of doldrums. He  described the region as the most underdeveloped in the country.

“In our town, we have no water, no electricity, no good schools, no good roads and insecurity in now our biggest problem, unemployment and poverty. These are our challenges and I call on you to help us when elected as President come Saturday,” he said.

The APC stalwart, informed Gen. Buhari of the region’s commitment to his ambition to become the president saying; “In Nigeria, the north east is the third highest region with registered voters, the second highest in the north and I assure you that we will support your election100 per cent

The governors and the governorship candidates also spoke at the rally pledging not to disappoint the people if voted into the various offices.

  • Buhari can’t be disqualified, says APC

Buhari can’t be disqualified, says APC

Are there plans to disqualify All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Gen. Muhammadu Buhari?

Buhari’s “disqualification” will spark a crisis, which will force another postponement of the general elections.

This, the APC alleged yesterday, is the script the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is likely to be working on.

The APC, in a statement by its spokesman Lai Mohammed in Abuja warned against any “orchestrated, last-minute disqualification of Gen. Buhari to pave the way for an easy victory for President Goodluck Jonathan or even another postponement of the elections.

‘’If it is true, as it is being widely speculated across the country, that the Jonathan Administration has procured a judgement to disqualify the APC presidential candidate on Wednesday (today), when the Federal High Court in Abuja is expected to rule on the issue, then it portends a great danger for our country.”

The elections were initially scheduled for February 14 and February 28 before they were shifted to March 28 and April 11.

The APC said, in addition to other reasons, the six-week postponement of the elections may have been used by those who never wanted the polls to hold in the first instance to shop for such a “satanic” judgment.

‘’Anyone who will disqualify a presidential candidate on the eve of an election can only have one and only one purpose for that: to trigger chaos and pandemonium across the country. Perhaps this is the reason for the deployment of troops across the country to crack down on possible protests and create confusion.

‘’Then, those who orchestrated the disqualification will simply use what they expect to be angry reactions nationwide as an excuse to postpone the elections again, thus triggering a constitutional crisis,

the end of which no one can predict.

‘’This is why we are hoping that good reason will prevail and nothing will be done, deliberately, to plunge Nigeria into crisis by the same people who have always been quick to say their political ambition is not worth the blood of any Nigerian,’’ the APC said.

A Federal High Court in Abuja will today decide whether or not to approve applications by a new set of people seeking to be made parties in a suit to stop Gen. Buhari from contesting the election.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola fixed today for ruling after taking arguments from parties on the merit or otherwise of the applications filed by about five people, including a group, the Fiscal and Civil Rights Enlightenment Foundation (FCREF).

Also seeking to be made a party in the suit are a Lagos lawyer, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, an APC member in Rivers State, Chukwuma Orchu, Sunusi Musa and Ahmed Maitarki (who said they were delegates at the party’s last presidential primary election).

Should the judge grant the applications of those seeking to join the suit, the court will adjourn for the plaintiff to amend its originating processes to reflect the new parties. If he refuses to join them, the judge may proceed to hear all pending applications with the main suit – in line with his earlier ruling.

Justice Ademola on Tuesday elected to take all pending applications together. By this, he intends to hear all pending interlocutory applications by the defendants (the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Buhari and APC) and the plaintiff, with the substantive suit.

Shortly after the judge’s ruling, defendants’ lawyers, led by Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), drew the court’s attention to the fact that it was yet to resolve the question of whether or not the defendants were properly served, an issue which the defendants raised and asked the court to decide before proceeding to hear the main suit.

The judge adjourned till today to resolve all pending preliminary issues.

The suit was filed on January 26 by a lawyer, Chukwunweike Okafor, who is seeking, among others, an order declaring that Gen. Buhari lacked the educational qualification to stand for the presidential election on the grounds that he allegedly failed to attach his certificate to the form submitted to INEC.

  • I’m here to restore Nigeria to prosperity, says Buhari

I’m here to restore Nigeria to prosperity, says Buhari

THE All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, has affirmed that his mission in the elections is to restore the nation to the path of prosperity.

He stressed that it would be disastrous, if the citizens allowed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to rule the nation for another four years.

Buhari, who spoke on Monday at the APC Progressive Governors Session at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Owerri, Imo State, promised to retrieve Nigeria from the hands of corrupt leaders, who have ruined it.

The APC presidential candidate said the elections would determine the future of Nigeria, urging the citizenry to vote out the PDP to enable the APC government begin the restoration of the country’s socio-economic structures that have been destroyed by a “corrupt PDP cabal”.

Buhari added that corruption and insecurity were the major problems affecting the fabric of the nation, noting that if he becomes the president, an emergency zero-tolerance would be declared on corruption and insecurity.

The APC presidential candidate asserted that the PDP completely ruined the country for 16 years and should not be allowed to rule the country for another four years.

He described PDP as a complete failure for putting the nation into economic, social and political quagmire.

Calling on Nigerians to take part in the polls, Buhari said: “The Igbo nation has been absolutely neglected in the last 16 years by the PDP.  We must not allow PDP to rule this country for 20 years. If we do, it will be disastrous for the country. We are here to restore this nation. So, all of us must collectively vote PDP out of government in these elections.”

Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha called on all Ndigbo nation and the citizens to throw their weight behind Buhari, saying the APC would build bridges across the nation.

Okorocha noted that Ndigbo gained nothing from the ruling party in 16 years, adding that PDP should be stopped by everyone from occupying the presidential seat.

He said the Igbo had supported past presidents, but lamented that nobody ever supported their quest of becoming president.

Okorocha noted that no matter how hard the PDP tries to rig the elections, it would not succeed since the APC would not allow them to rig this time around.

Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola called on  the Southeast to vote for Buhari, stressing that this year’s elections would serve as a referendum on the performance of President Goodluck Jonathan.

Former Governor of Anambra State Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu advised Nigerians to make the right decision and vote the PDP out, noting that the elections would determine if Nigerians need change or not.

He appealed to the electorate to stand up and vote for Buhari, who, he said, “is a disciplined man” that would stamp out corruption from the country.

Present at the forum were APC candidates, including members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC), the presidential campaign council, media executives and leaders of professional groups.

  • Hajiya Buhari: Edo APC women condemns PDP

Hajiya Buhari: Edo APC women condemns PDP

The women’s wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State has decried attempts by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to misrepresent the pronouncements of Hajiya A’isha Buhari at the recent APC South-South women’s rally in the state.

In a statement signed by the State’s women leader, Dr (Mrs.) Aisosa Amadasun in Benin, the APC said the mischief and ill-will evident in recent publications misrepresent the utterances of Hajiya A’isha Buhari, which depict the usual desperation of the PDP to misinform Nigerians for cheap political gains.

The statement noted that “Hajiya Buhari at the rally addressed important national issues especially those affecting women without prejudice against any part of the country.

The statement noted that what Hajiya Buhari said in each zone of the country is different.

The statement also quoted Mrs. Buhari as saying, “For me, in this zone, girl child trafficking should be considered one of our problems, though I know there is unemployment. The unemployment is the major factor that contributes to brain drain and also the girl-child trafficking. General Muhammadu Buhari is a leader, he was a leader, he led Nigeria some decades ago, and he is coming back now to sanitize the system.

“When my husband is elected, all these are going to be history. The insecurity, the girl-child trafficking, sufferings of widows in the South-East will come to an end.

“There must be a design – a cultural design that can accommodate the widow, and then a design that can make the girl-child comfortable wherever she is in the country. She doesn’t need to leave her country to go and prostitute elsewhere. It is not her portion. Her portion is to have a moral, a high standard moral society for her to live, get married, have children, train them and also mould them to become the future of our leaders.”

The Edo State APC Women Wing further noted, “It is evident from her statement that Hajiya Buhari only spoke as a mother and patriot who is committed to the well-being of the Nigerian girl-child, widows and the female gender in general.”

  • Group mobilises for Buhari

THE Worldwide Isese Agbaye Community, the umbrella body of all indigenous and traditional religion people, has expressed its support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, in the general elections.

Speaking on behalf of the group, its president-general, Dr. Adebayo Olusina Adekoya (Erinsiba 1), said the members were supporting the APC’s candidate because of his magnanimity.

Adekoya praised members for complying with the directive to ensure they collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).

“The report reaching me that you have all refused to sell your PVCs is very laudable, commendable and has made all of us proud and giving us joy,” he said.

The group’s president-general said the body had made several attempt to seek audience with the Presidency, but met with brick-walls.

The group said it decided to support APC because of its programme.

  • Buhari: don’t vote for Jonathan on sentiment

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, yesterday told Igbo leaders, monarchs, clerics, businessmen and women and youth leaders that no amount of ethnic or religious sentiment would justify support for President Goodluck Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He said it’s in the nation’s best interest to vote out the PDP, adding that the party has done enough damage to the country.

Buhari, who addressed a town hall meeting at the Imo International Convention Centre (IICC) in Owerri, the Imo State capital, said President Jonathan, having served as a deputy governor, governor, vice president and President should know everything about governance, “but it is unfortunately that he is surrounded by failure.”

He said: “The Igbo nation, known for business drive, has been drained by the PDP. The collapse of the economy has affected your businesses and we cannot allow the PDP to continue in power for another four years. It is time to say goodbye to a party that has reduced Nigeria to ridicule in the international community.

“I was a governor, minister of Petroleum and Head of State. So when I retired, I should have returned to my farm and floated a company, getting contracts from them and living big thereafter, but I joined the presidential race in 2003 and chose the late Chuba Okadigbo as my running mate. In 2007, I chose Edwin Ume-Ezeoke and in 2011, Pastor Tunde Bakare was my running mate. So this religious blackmail does not hold with me.”

The Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum, Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha, said a bridge of friendship running from the North to the Southeast, the Southwest and the Southsouth, was being built.

He said in all political dispensations, the Igbo had supported candidates from all geopolitical zones, but have never been supported for the post of President, adding that Buhari’s Presidency is the shortest route to producing a president of Igbo extraction.

His words: “The Igbo supported Jonathan to become President, but today we have nothing to show for it. Today, we are supporting Buhari because his Presidency will be the shortest route to the Igbo presidency. So a support for Buhari is a support for Ndigbo.”

Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola said every election was a referendum on the performance of a sitting government “and this present administration has displayed its performance and Nigerians have seen it.”

He said: “The PDP claimed to have created five million jobs that are non- existent. We saw our children die at the stadium in search of Immigration jobs. They also claimed to have built 25,000 kilometres of road, but we know this is impossible because there is no provision for that in the budget.”

Ogbonnaya Onu described the elections as the most important since Independence, saying it would afford Nigerians the opportunity to make a choice.

Said he: “What Nigeria needs is a man that will stop corruption, a man who has a sense of mission. It is necessary to hold this interactive session so that you can hear Buhari because they have laboured to paint him black and demonise him. We are confident that Buhari’s administration will give Ndigbo all they want.”

Those in attendance included Governor Fashola and his Rivers State counterpart, Rotimi Amaechi, Senator Chris Ngige, former President- General of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Dr. Dozie Ikedife.

Others are ex-Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Gen. Abdulraman Dambazau, deputy governors of Nasarawa and Osun states, among others.

  • Lagos women root for Buhari

A cross section of women in Lagos have resolved to mobilise support for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari on March 28.

The women, who cut across  ethnic groups made the pledge at a town hall meeting organised by Pro-climate Federation for Buhari/Osibajo Presidency 2015 in Surulere. They promised to embark on door to door campaign to ensure the victory of the APC at the elections.

The Convener, Women’s Pro-Climate Federation, Mrs Ekaette Sanusi, said Buhari  and Osinbajo would rescue the country, strengthen the economy and the naira that has depreciated beyond imagination.

Sanusi urged the women to regard March 28 as a call to elect Gen. Buhari and Osibanjo as President and Vice President. “We will be on national duty to elect credible leaders that would strengthen the economy, guarantee security of lives and property, provide stable power supply, quality education, affordable houses, healthcare and transportation,” she said.

According to her, Nigerians would vote for integrity, probity, accountability, transparency, job creation, strong economy, massive investment in agriculture, resuscitation of the manufacturing sector and provision of infrastructure.

One of the guest speakers, Mr Gbemi Jaiyebo, advised the people to regard the election of Buhari and Osinbajo as a guarantee for the future of children. According to him, the present leadership have no plan for the children of the poor.

Jaiyebo said the Jonathan administration is an embodiment of corruption; adding that it spends public funds recklessly at the expense of the suffering masses. He said what Nigerians need now is a visionary and disciplined leader, which Buhari/Osinbajo ticket represents.

The representative of Mrs Dolapo Osinbajo, the APC vice presidential candidate’s wife, Mrs Tolu Ogunlaja, said Nigerians should hold their destiny in their hands by collecting their permanent voter’s cards and vote for the APC for positive change in the country.

She advised women to protect their votes by staying at the polling centre after casting their votes to listen to the result of the election to be announced by the presiding officer.

Another guest, Mr Bolade Agbolamagbe, recalled that Buhari came to power in 1983 to rescue the country from the abyss of corruption but was not allowed to implement his programmes. He said, his regime instilled discipline in public and private life; strengthened the naira and re-ordered the nation’s priority.

Agbolamagbe said God has preserved Buhari’s life for the sake of the suffering masses so that he can rescue the country. He said President Jonathan is confused and incompetent to lead this country and urged Nigerians to vote him out of office on March 28.

The Leader of Arewa Youth Community, Malam Muhammed Sani said the March 28 poll will offer Nigerians the opportunity to change their destiny and liberate themselves from the clutches of corrupt leaders.

  • ‘God has ordained Buhari to win’

‘God has ordained Buhari to win’

Prophet Joseph Oladipupo is the founder and general overseer of Faith and Victory Church Akure, Ondo state. Capital. He spoke with Damisi Ojo on Saturday’s presidential election. Excerpts:

What are your predictions for concerning the forthcoming general elections?

God loves Nigeria and God loves the people of Nigeria. He has revealed to me some of the things that will happen in this country in a few weeks time. God has revealed to me that the incumbent President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, will lose in the forthcoming election.

There is no amount of prayer that can change this. It is the plan of God and it can never be changed. Jonathan will lose the poll. If he wins, then God doesn’t send me as His servant. I have confidence in God and I have always relied on him. He has never said a thing that will not come to pass.

He told me while interceding for Nigeria that Jonathan is not the next President. General Muhammadu Buhari will win the election and he will rule this country democratically. Jonathan can’t change the position of God and his prayers cannot change the position of God on this issue.

My prediction on this issue is yes and amen, and it cannot be changed by anybody. Nothing can change this I repeat. I predicted the postponement of the general election and it was so; nothing could change it. This time around, nothing can change my prediction again, not even the prayers of Jonathan or his people.

Do you think President Jonathan will hand over to General Buhari even if he loses the election?

I am saying it again that General Buhari is the next President of this great country. Buhari will win the election and he will be sworn in as the President. However, after his inauguration there will be a bit of crisis but that won’t stop the nation. The little crisis that will follow his inauguration will be curtailed and Buhari will lead this country.

God revealed this to me in a long vision in 2014. He told me Jonathan will try as much as possible to win the election but he will lose at the end of the day. God said Buhari is the next president He has ordained for Nigeria and nothing will change it.

Many PDP supporters may think you have an interest in General Buhari or the APC with these predictions…

… I am not a politician and I don’t work for any party. I am not a politician by any way. I am a prophet of the Almighty God. I am not into any business in life. I only work as a minister of the Almighty God. So, I am not interested in any candidate or any political party. I am doing what God asks me to do and I am saying what He told me to say to the people.

Okay, maybe you are supporting Buhari then

I am not by anyway supporting Buhari and I cannot support any  politician for any reason. Please let it be known that I am not a member of any political party. I don’t belong to the PDP, APC, APGA or Labour Party. Let me stress that I have never made any failed prophesy or prediction since I became a servant of God. All my prophecies and predictions have always been fulfilled and this will not be an exception as God lives.

Can you recall some of your predictions, which came to pass?

There are so many of them. I have made several predictions, which were fulfilled and I will state some of them. By the grace of God, I predicted the victory of the Governor Adams Oshiomhole in Edo, I predicted the victory of Ondo state governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko and that of Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti.

All these predictions came to pass. I have published documents in my record to prove all these predictions. You can also find out. I was the first person to predict the victory of Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun state. There are text messages on my phone to prove these. I have been making predictions for the past 10 years and God has been faithful to me and His words.

What happens if these prophecies are not fulfilled?

God is the only person who can make any prediction to come to pass. He showed me the vision and the fulfillment of the vision is in His hands and not in the hands of any of His creatures. If God doesn’t want any prediction or prophesy to come to pass, He will change such prophesy and this can be done through prayers and His mercies.

But on the forthcoming general elections, God has said it and my predictions will be yes and amen. Nothing can change the victory of Buhari this time around.

What other predictions do you have?

God has revealed to me that Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose will be impeached before the end of December. God has also revealed to me that the governorship candidate of the APC in Lagos state, Akinwumi Ambode, will win.

Also, God has told me that Ondo state governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko may also be impeached from office but prayers can help out in his case.

Fayose will be sent packing from the government house before the end of December, 2015. I predicted that he would win the governorship election in that state. But this time around, God has said it that Fayose will be impeached from office and there is nothing he can do to prevent the fulfillment of that prediction.

I said it sometimes ago that Fayose would win the governorship election but his administration will not last and that is what God is affirming in this new prophesy.

What is your take on the allegation that some Christian leaders were bribed by President Goodluck Jonathan to support his ambition?

I am a Christian and I believe in God and our leaders. The allegation of bribery leveled against our leaders is not clear to me yet. Those who made the allegation should explain better. However, as a Christian I am not in position to condemn or nail my leaders. The allegation should be seen as nothing but a mere allegation.

If you are privileged to see President Jonathan, what advice

    Would you offer him?

I will advise President Goodluck Jonathan to allow true men of God seek the face of God on behalf of this country. I will advise him to allow the people of God to pray for the sustenance of this country.

Also, I will tell President Jonathan to prepare his hand over notes because he will not be returned as President. I will also tell him to start preparing to leave for the next President who God has ordained for this country to take over from him. I am a man of

God and I don’t think it will be difficult for me to say the truth at anytime. I have put it on the social media that Jonathan will lose and I don’t predict doom. Let’s wait and see. It is not a prediction of wait and see but a factual prediction.

What will happen if another prophet predicts that Jonathan will win and he goes on to win?

Jonathan cannot win. Write it down, he will lose the election. Nothing will happen if another prophet predicts that Jonathan will win but the end will justify the means. The election will hold and INEC will announce Buhari as the winner of the election and nothing will happen.
