  • BBNaija: Okorocha congratulates Miracle

    Gov. Rochas Okorocha of Imo has described Miracle Igbokwe, winner of Big Brother Naija Double Wahala edition, as a good ambassador of the state.

    Miracle was on Sunday announced winner of Nigeria’s biggest reality TV show.

    He emerged the overall best with over 38 per cent of the 30 million votes cast in the grande finale.

    Okorocha said that state would celebrate him for representing it well.

    He also commended the organisers of the programme for initiating a good a youth-oriented programme.

    Miracle’s total prize included N25 million cash, a Sub-Urban Vehicle (SUV) worth N12 million and a trip for two valued N4.7 million, Television and other electronic items worth N3.3 million.

    BBNaija, which is hosted in South Africa, started on Jan. 28, with 20 housemates who were gradually evicted with only five housemates going into the final.

    Miracle beat Cee-c, Tobi, Alex and Nina to clinch the prize.

  • Uti Nwachukwu rises to Cee-C’s defence

    The 2010 winner of the now rested Big Brother Africa reality show, Uti Nwachukwu, has posited that the road to self-control is often a horrid one. He was weighing in on BBNaija contestant, Cee-C’s Wednesday outburst.

    While admitting that there is no excuse for her behaviour he acknowledged that CeeC has flaws and weaknesses noting that she shouldn’t be judged by them.

    Recounting his days as a two-time contestant at the now rested Big Brother Africa reality show, Uti said that during his first outing in 2008, he was extremely brash. However, on his return in 2010, he came back a lot better.

    “Even after winning, my temper was still at dangerous levels and I knew there was a problem. Does this mean that I was a Bad horrible person? HECK NO! I grew and i am still growing! Most of us that wear our emotions on our sleeves find it hard to conceal Love, Loyalty, Excitement and of corse the worst emotion-RAGE! No one is perfect! Again, I am NOT JUSTIFYING HER BEHAVIOUR FROM YESTERDAY. No matter the poking or deliberate provocation, No one should react that way in public or in private.. BUT THIS CAN ONLY BE LEARNED THROUGH EXPERIENCE,” he wrote.

    According to Uti, although we try to be better versions of ourselves daily but during this process sadly, we might still fall.

    “The ability to rise is what makes us victors. Cee C we see you struggling to do better and in the process you fell..its all part of the process.its UR JOURNEY.. What saddens me more is the trolling/insults.A lot of u say she needs psychological help.so is this how u treat someone that needs help? With abuses/ridicule? COME ON!! WE CAN DO BETTER. FROWN UPON IT BUT DONT TROLL!! Its dehumanizing.Temper justice with mercy.Dont act like what you have been condemning,” Uti adds.

    On her behalf, he also pleaded for understanding, forgiveness and mercy, especially seeing as she has apologised.

  • BBNaija: Cee-c gets a strike for going berserk on Tobi

    BBNaija 2018 finalists Cynthia Nwadiora aka Cee-C, on Monday received a warning strike for going berserk on fellow housemate Tobi Bakre.

    This is coming after she verbally attacked Tobi, and challenged him to a fight.

    As punishment, Cee-c received a strike for provocation while Tobi received a word of advice from Big brother.

    The complicated feud between Cee c and Tobi reached an all time low, as an angry Cee c stomped around the BBNaija house firing insults at Tobi, on Wednesday.

    Tobi and Cee c (Ceebi) developed a relationship after Big Brother (Biggie) paired the housemates together.

    However, the estranged housemates have not been on talking terms since the beginning of their complicated feud.

    At the initial stage of their relationship, Cee c constantly accused Tobi and mind games while Tobi apologised to Cee c at every accusation she made.

    The line was drawn earlier in the show when Cee c accused Tobi of sexually assaulting her during one of her anger episodes. This time, Tobi sternlly refuted her allegations, bringing an end to their relationship in the house.

    Earlier today, Cee c began accusing Tobi of gossiping about her.

    The furious Cee-c described Tobi as a ‘useless, miserable fool’.

    Since falling out with Cee c, Tobi moved on and became close friends with Anto and Alex much to the annoyance of Cee c.

    During her rants, she accused Tobi of relating with every female in the house.

    She said, “You are a man and you cannot stand on your own”.

    Cee-c had accused Tobi of gossiping about her with other housemates and decided to challenge him face-to-face, asking him to talk right before her instead of gossiping.

    However, after replaying the video of the fight to housemates, Biggie announced that Cee-c had provoked Tobi with her words.

    He said Tobi controlled himself by ignoring her, although he could have done better.

    Five housemates including Miracle, Tobi, Cee c, Nina and Alex continue to vie for the grand prize of N45 million at the finals scheduled for Sunday.

  • BBNaija: Cee-C breaks Twitter record

    Like her or hate her, Big Brother Naija housemate, Cynthia Nwadiora, aka Cee-C sure gets attention. This week, the lawyer trended on Twitter, coming in at no. 14 on Twitter worldwide on Sunday.

    With this, she breaks a record as the first housemate of the Big Brother Naija reality television show to trend on Twitter.

    Earlier this week, Big Brother had taken the position of Head of House from Nina and given it to Cee-C.

    And talking about the romance between Alex and Tobi, Cee-C had told host of the show, Ebuka, that Alex was fond of throwing her boobs and ass around. Recall that Cee-C and Alex were close at the early stage of the competition.

    According to Cee-C, even Leo, who was very close to Alex, had complained about the way Alex behaved with the other guys in the Big Brother house.

     

  • #BBNaija: Cee-C becomes head of House

    Cynthia Nwadiora, popularly known as Cee-C has been nominated as Head of House in the Big Brother House for the last week of the season.

    Housemates had earlier nominated Nina as head of House, but Big Brother cancelled the votes, scolding the housemates for disobeying his instruction. He had told them to nominate the housemate who had been the head of house the least number of times.

    It is noted that Cee-C had never won the head of House challenge in the last thirteen weeks, and she accepted the title.

    Cee-C is widely known for her quarrelsome attitude, as she has had issues with several housemates, in the course of the show. However, during the eviction last Sunday, Khloe who was evicted, alongside Anto and Lolu, described her as someone with “a soft heart”.

    There are only five housemates left in the Big Brother House, with one expected to win the grand prize of 45 million naira on Sunday, 22nd April, 2018. They are Miracle, Tobi, Alex, Cee-C and Nina.

  • I will be disappointed if Cee-C wins- Alex

    Head of House, Alex has stated that she will be disappointed if Cee-C wins the Big Brother Naija Reality TV Show.

    She stated this in the dressing room while she was in a conversation with Tobi.

    Tobi was very quick to caution her that the choice was no longer in her hands,  but that of the viewers.

    “What is more important is that we are in the finals, the rest is for the viewers to vote,” Tobi said.

    Biggie rounded up the evening by showing all the housemates clips of family members and support groups rooting for them.

    In all, it was an emotional one for all housemates, most especially Alex.

  • BBNaija: I am not in Cee-C good books- Tobi

    Tobi Bakre has told Big Brother that he is not in Cee-C good books.

    This occurred in Yesterday’s diary session as a frustrated Tobi was at a loss on where to find the second piece of his Pepsi puzzle carefully hidden by Cee-C.

    While many viewers saw Cee-C’s act as a terrible way of sabotaging Tobi’s game, Tobi promised to never give up in the Pepsi task as he was committed to never giving up even if tried.

    “I am not in Cee-C’s good books and I know part of the reasons for this. We used to like each other and we have moved on from that. But that act didn’t go well with her, so I guess that is why.”

    Biggie proceeded to asking Tobi about his personal relationship in house and he went further to say that he can never handle all the drama that comes with Cee-C. So he chose to stay away from her.

    “I can’t seem to handle all the drama that comes with Cee-C. So I decided to stay away from her since even being housemates with Cee-C is not easy as she is always looking for a means to throw jabs and insults.”

    Big Brother ended the diary session with words of adoration for Tobi as he continued to search for his missing puzzle.

  • Khloe is someone I am scared of – Cee-C

    As Housemate give dissenting views on Caucus in the House…

     

    Big Brother Housemates have this evening given dissenting views on the division that has continued to go on in the house.

    Khloe who suddenly seemed to develop amnesia when asked about the issue said there were no divisions existing in the house. Ebuka who was quick to prompt her back to her conversation where she cooked for herself and Cee-C, denied all forms of any division saying it was settled over a sumptuous meal by noon.

    “I said there were four people in a separate camp which involves Alex, Nina ,Miracle and Tobi. We have sorted it out. We sorted it out this morning over a sumptuous meal Tobi cooked us this afternoon,” Khloe said.

    Cee-C agreed to the division in the house and when asked about her new bromance with Khloe, she said she used to be scared of her initially.

    “Khloe is someone I am scared of. But we had conversation and I found out that deep down, she is not as troublesome as I thought. The house is getting boring. So we became friends.”

    When asked about the divison, Cee-C said:

    “Some people insult you, some say they don’t trust you.” She made claim that she tried to forestall the division, but it didn’t work.

    Tobi was of the opinion that Khloe scattered the house herself.

    “Khloe came and scattered the house herself. Everyone had their own issues but Khloe came with the ‘I will do it for me and my people.’ We tried to talk to her but Khloe is not the type that tackles issues when she is strong on her opinion.”

    Anto believed Khloe was doing a good job. Anto also claimed that Cee-C instigated the divison in the house and had this to say in her defence.

    “Cee-C started the full separation and Cee-C cooked for five people. Khloe is doing a very good job. I have no idea on caucuses in the house. We are nine and I feel that I am cool with everyone.“

  • Organisers BBNaija Double Wahala `resets’ game

    Big Brother aka ‘Biggie, owner of the Big Brother Naija house on Sunday, dissolved all the strikes assigned to housemates in a bid to reset the game.

    This means that Cee-C, Lolu and Tobi who had two strikes each for flouting the house rules, now have clean slates to continue in the game.

    The News men report that Biggie introduced the twist during his `historic’ meeting with the housemates before Sunday’s live show.

    With dramatic lighting and ninjas flanking the ‘throne’, housemates were asked to line up and queried on their experiences in the house thus far.

    After announcing that evictions would not take place as planned, ‘Biggie’ gave the housemates a choice to exit the game.

    They were asked to pick an envelope containing an undisclosed sum of money if they wanted to leave the game at that moment.

    Although Rico Swavey and Alex looked like they were going to pick the offer, all the housemates declined.

    ‘Biggie’ generously announced that all strikes were forgiven and housemates can restart the game on a clean account causing Cee-C, Tobi and Lolu to leap for joy.

    According to information on the show’s official website, the twists were introduced to create a level playing ground as two evicted housemates were brought back to the house on Sunday.

    It read: “All of this was a symbolic moment in order for Biggie to reset the game in order for things to move forward in a new light.

    “It is going to be a whole new game with Anto and Khloe coming back. This is going to shift the vibe in the House and definitely spice things up.”

    It should be recalled that the decision to give disqualified housemates the chance to be voted back to the house alongside honourably evicted housemates, caused uproar on social media.

    The News men reports that some viewers advocated for the cancellation of the strikes of Cee-C, Tobi and Lolu if any disqualified housemates are given a chance to return to the game.

    Cee-C and Lolu had earned double strikes due to provocation which led to Lolu getting injured when the two housemates had a disagreement when they were paired together.

    Tobi’s strikes were earned when he was accused of conspiring with other housemates to put Cee-C up for possible eviction.

    However, Khloe and Anto are back to the house, having snuck in at 3am on Monday to mixed reactions from the housemates.

    Currently, 11 housemates are competing for prizes worth N45 million.
